Esperienza negativa
Pros:

Positivamente posso parlare solo di due aspetti: posizione centrale con parcheggio gratuito e ottima collaborazione, ma che viene servita in un altro albergo a 650-700 metri dalla struttura Apia Hotel

Cons:

Non so da dove iniziare: albergo senza persone, pulizia non esistente, biancheria una diversa dal altra tutta bucata, della polvere dovunque non voglio neanche parlare. Per me è no. Le foto non le metto, perché non vorrei creare l’imbarazzo.

Hotel je na super lokaciji i ima svoj parking. Kreveti su udobni. Komunikacija je bila ok.

Cons:

Bilo bi dobro kad bi bar imali neki cajnik ili mini bar.
Da je netko na recepciji da komunikacija nije non sop preko telefona.

Grande chambre, confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner dans un autre hôtel : 310m sous la pluie le matin c'est pas génial. Si nous ne l'avions pas payé a la réservation, nous l'aurions pris au pied du logement dans un des restaurants. Le store du vatistas est cassé : lumière des le matin dans la chambre. Un nid de guêpe a côté de l'une des fenêtres.

Cons:

L'hotel è un self check in hotel con la Reception nell'albergo fratello in centro.
Non ci state date informazioni sulla gestione dei limiti di accesso al parcheggio dell'hotel (zona a ridotte emissioni) nonostante abbiamo chiesto per ben 3 volte via messaggio e direttamente via telefono.
Le indicazioni dal parcheggio all'hotel non ci sono state fornite anche se l'accesso era possibile direttamente dal parcheggio tramite porta sul retro.
In bagno è presente la vasca e manca di tenda per doccia per cui si bagna completamente il pavimento.

Mittendrin in der Altstadt
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Ruhig und doch mitten im Zentrum. In der Kombination mit dem Parkplatz kaum zu schlagen.

Die Infos zum Parkplatz bekam ich vorab und waren für mich gut verständlich.

Frühstück im Partnerhotel war super.

Un hôtel plein de charme au coeur du vieux Vilnius qui ne demande qu'à être entretenu et chouchouté
Pros:

Hotel très bien placé, au calme, chambres bien isolées et avec du charme pour celles qui sont au dernier étage sous les toits. Le petit déjeuner est excellent dans le très bel hôtel Narutis qui est à 5mn à pieds (à réserver avec la chambre)

Cons:

Nous n'avons croisé personne pendant 3 jours alors que nous aurions aimé signaler un problème avec notre évier et un rideau à moitié décroché (seul moyen de se protéger de la lumière...) Pas de réponse à mon message concernant le dépôt des bagages le dernier jour
