Location is great.
Breakfast provided in Narutis hotel was delicious.
Helpful and polite cleaning ladies.
The lack of hygiene.
The strong toxic smell of paint or fumigation inside (on the floors and in the room).
The first night was cold in the room.
Nothing
I have never stayed in so called "self-serving" hotels. It was not in description. The sent me email while I was already on my way and I did not see it until I actually entered the facility. They have no reception, no temporary storage for luggage. The facility is very old and smelly from the carpets that might be even older than the building. Our room was in the attic on the third floor. There is no elevator and I had to carry my luggage via three steep stair cases. Our room was not ready, so cleaning ladies gracefully allow us to store luggage in the room the were cleaning. The ladies were nice, but there was no security. When we came back there was no one in the building and our room was practically open with the key in the lock.
About amenities, The four little bottle could not be open without pliers, which I did not have of course! In all, this is the worst experience with hospitality facilities I ever had in my travels. I hope Booking would look into this case. By the way I never had anything like this when I booked with Hotels.com. I hope to hear from you or may be I had to go back to Hotels...
The hotel's location is excellent, within easy walking distance of all the key places in Vilnius city centre. It was also very quiet - no sound from the street and almost no sounds from the other guests (one reason may be the thick carpeting on the floors and stairs). My room had plenty space and I liked the comfortable couch.
I would've liked a desk or small table to put my laptop on and work. But the wide and long couch did the job well enough as impromptu desk.
Dużym plusem jest bezpłatny parking na dziedzińcu - to rzadkość w centrum Wilna.
Great location, lovely sized room, clean. Room very light.
Room was missing bed side tables so had to put things like my glasses, phone charging, glass of water on phone. When I arrive another guest had taken my room (hotel is reception less so keys left in doors) so wasn’t ideal but hotel responded quickly to my call and gave me an alternative room. Room would benefit from kettle and tea making facilities.
