No reception on site. Had to go to a different location to check in which was a bit confusing at first.

Attieksme- nevar sazvanīt, angliski nerunā, neskaidrība par autostāvvietu- uz mājas nav norādīta iela un numurs. Lai tiktu teritorijā ir jāzvana, sazvanīt nevar.
Durvju kodu laicīgi neatsūtīja, tikai tad kaf piezvanĩju.

Jei atvyksti su automobiliu, komplikuotas parkavimas, nes parkavimo zona dalinasi vieta su privačiais apartamentais. Nėra jokios informacijos, kaip iš parkavimo vietos patekti į viešbutį: durys į viešbutį iš parkavimo vietos užrakintos - jei praeivis nebūtų pasakęs, kad galima pasinaudoti šalia esančios bažnyčios praėjimu, būtų tekę apsukti gerą ratą per aplink - tai didelis neapsižiūrėjimas iš viešbučio administracijos pusės nepateikiant tokios informacijos. Dar vienas minusas - jei užsisakai pusryčius, juos pateikia Naručio viešbutyje, kuris yra už kelių šimtų metrų.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Vilnius, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück in kurzer Entfernung.

Cons:

In der sonst sehr guten Beschreibung des Weges zum Parkplatz wurde ein "gate" beschrieben. Es handelte sich aber um eine Schranke, "barrier" wäre also zutreffender, zumal man direkt auf ein Tor zu fährt, und die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz unscheinbar daneben durch eine Schranke abgesperrt ist.
