The location is perfect for a vacation and the staff is extremely helpful and nice. I highly recommend it!
Pros:

It is situated right across from the beach in a very quiet area. Although it is quite an old building it is very well maintained.

Pros:

Posizione ottima, basta attraversare la strada per andare nella spiaggia privata dell'Hotel. Ottima la struttura particolare dell'hotel che permette di vedere il mare dalla terrazza di ogni stanza. Buonissima la colazione e particolarmente apprezzata la cordialità e gentilezza del personale.

Cons:

Struttura un po' datata, sarebbe da ristrutturare soprattutto il bagno della camera (perlomeno quella del nostro soggiorno).

Pros:

Wir waren mit den Fahrrädern unterwegs und konnten sie sehr gut einstellen. Wunderschöne Meersicht vom Zimmer aus. Sehr gute Lage. Die Dame am Empfang ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Pros:

Struttura molto accogliente, con spiaggia riservata proprio di fronte all’hotel. Servizio in spiaggia efficiente. Ottima colazione dolce/salato. Staff giovane e preparato, cortese, simpatico e rispettoso. Parcheggio privato all’interno della struttura controllato da telecamere.

Cons:

Non ci sono cose negative da segnalare.

Superb
Pros:

We , mother and 8 year old daughter , really loved the owner Giulia and the location . It was so great just to walk across the street to the sea ! The bicycles were super and fun for seeing the lungomare . I highly recommend Hotel Eden .

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent, our room was comfortable and clean.
