The apartment is located in a very pleasant residential neighborhood, with all the essential shops nearby and a lovely fruit market on Friday mornings. The kitchen is well equipped, featuring a microwave and a large refrigerator. The washing machine works perfectly, and there is a small terrace where you can hang your clothes to dry. The person in charge of cleaning lives nearby and is available if needed, which makes communication easy and convenient. The host, Alejandro, is always kind, helpful, and easy to reach whenever needed.

Alejandro muy atento y la habitación y las zonas comunes cómodas y limpias, justo debajo del edificio siempre se consigue aparcamiento y hay un mercadona a pocos minutos caminando y bares en la misma avenida, lo recomiendo!

El alojamiento estaba impecable, muy limpio, cuidado al detalle y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia cómoda y agradable. Se nota el esfuerzo que Alejandro pone para que sus huéspedes se sientan como en casa.

Alejandro un anfitrión excelente, muy atento y preocupado por mi estancia. Recomiendo al 100%, sin duda si tengo que volver no dudaría en elegirlo.

La ubicación, aún no siendo céntrico, me resultó idónea, todo tipo de servicios en el entorno, siempre hubo aparcamiento cercano y un transporte público accesible. Y fue de agradecer la atención de Alejandro; inmejorable.

This is my second time taking exams at the University of Murcia, and both times I stayed at Alejandro's place. My wife found this wonderful option, which is why I am writing this review from her account.First of all, Alejandro is a warm, welcoming, and always helpful host who shows incredible hospitality toward his guests! The apartment is perfectly located in a quiet area, yet close to the city center and with a very convenient infrastructure (a Mercadona supermarket and public transport stops are within walking distance). There is also a church and a park nearby. The neighborhood feels very safe! In my room, I was welcomed with a bathrobe, towels, and even disposable slippers! The flatmates have always been wonderful and quiet. In the evening, you can easily focus on your own things and relax. The bathroom is clean and spacious, and the kitchen is always free and fully equipped with everything you need for cooking.I would really love to visit Murcia for more than just a few days next time, just to walk around and fully enjoy this beautiful ancient city! And I know exactly where to stay for a peaceful and perfect rest in Murcia!Thank you, Alejandro!

El trato de Alejandro fue excelente desde antes de llegar. Me dio las indicaciones oportunas para llegar al alojamiento de la mejor manera y estuvo pendiente.

Good location, nicely stocked kitchenette, friendly, helpful staff. Alejandro communicated well regarding my stay and provided helpful tips for enjoying the local sights and attractions. There is a nice produce market every Friday in front of the building. I highly recommend this lovely location.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr groß. Der Balkon war super, um das schöne Wetter zu genießen und die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Rossana ist super lieb und hat immer geholfen, wenn man etwas gebraucht hat. Insgesamt eine sehr tolle Organisation und ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt durch Alejandro und Rossana. 😊

Die Unterkunft war sauber, der Vermieter immer erreichbar bzw. hat er sich von sich aus erkundigt, ob alles gut ist, ob etwas fehlt und hat seine Hilfe angeboten. Die Lage ist für mich perfekt gewesen. Nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber sehr gut angebunden durch Busse. In der direkten Umgebung gab es alles was man benötigt.

From the very beginning, the communication with Alejandro was excellent – he stayed in touch throughout my stay, making sure everything was okay and that I felt comfortable. He even asked for feedback and suggestions, which shows how much he cares about the place and his guests.

The apartment itself is very nice, clean and located in a quiet area. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transport, shops and the city centre.

What really stood out for me was the level of care and communication – it gave me confidence that if anything came up, it would be resolved quickly without any issue.
