Mi experiencia en Guest House Croqueta fue muy decepcionante.
Nada más llegar, la habitación no estaba en las condiciones de limpieza y mantenimiento que esperaba. La almohada en la que tuve que dormir estaba amarillenta, con manchas y signos visibles de humedad. Me parece algo totalmente inaceptable desde el punto de vista de higiene, ya que una almohada en esas condiciones no debería estar disponible para un huésped.
Además, el sistema de aire acondicionado que aparece anunciado en el alojamiento fue un problema durante toda mi estancia. El tubo se salía continuamente por la ventana, el aparato no enfriaba correctamente y por las noches tenía que levantarme varias veces para vaciar el depósito de agua porque se llenaba y se desbordaba. No era un sistema funcional para una estancia normal.
Los baños tenían un olor muy desagradable y la limpieza general dejaba mucho que desear. Durante mi estancia vi a la persona encargada de la limpieza sentada en la cocina con el móvil mientras yo estaba allí, sin que en ningún momento se me preguntara si necesitaba limpieza o si había algo que solucionar.
Cuando comuniqué el problema del aire, en lugar de recibir una solución clara, la respuesta se centró en explicarme los costes del propietario, los descuentos o el dinero que supondría cambiarme de habitación. Como huésped, esperaba que se atendiera el problema del servicio ofrecido.
Para finalizar, después de haber intentado ser comprensiva durante toda la estancia, se me reclamó por una mancha accidental de tinte en unas toallas y en la almohada, cuando precisamente la almohada ya presentaba un estado deficiente antes de mi llegada.
No repetiría la experiencia. Recomiendo revisar bien las condiciones reales del alojamiento antes de reservar.

The apartment is located in a very pleasant residential neighborhood, with all the essential shops nearby and a lovely fruit market on Friday mornings. The kitchen is well equipped, featuring a microwave and a large refrigerator. The washing machine works perfectly, and there is a small terrace where you can hang your clothes to dry. The person in charge of cleaning lives nearby and is available if needed, which makes communication easy and convenient. The host, Alejandro, is always kind, helpful, and easy to reach whenever needed.
Overall, my stay was definitely good value for money. If you plan to spend time in the city center in the night, keep in mind that the tram service stops at 11 p.m., although taxis are reasonably priced.
Alejandro muy atento y la habitación y las zonas comunes cómodas y limpias, justo debajo del edificio siempre se consigue aparcamiento y hay un mercadona a pocos minutos caminando y bares en la misma avenida, lo recomiendo!
El alojamiento estaba impecable, muy limpio, cuidado al detalle y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia cómoda y agradable. Se nota el esfuerzo que Alejandro pone para que sus huéspedes se sientan como en casa.

La ubicación, aún no siendo céntrico, me resultó idónea, todo tipo de servicios en el entorno, siempre hubo aparcamiento cercano y un transporte público accesible. Y fue de agradecer la atención de Alejandro; inmejorable.

This is my second time taking exams at the University of Murcia, and both times I stayed at Alejandro's place. My wife found this wonderful option, which is why I am writing this review from her account.First of all, Alejandro is a warm, welcoming, and always helpful host who shows incredible hospitality toward his guests! The apartment is perfectly located in a quiet area, yet close to the city center and with a very convenient infrastructure (a Mercadona supermarket and public transport stops are within walking distance). There is also a church and a park nearby. The neighborhood feels very safe! In my room, I was welcomed with a bathrobe, towels, and even disposable slippers! The flatmates have always been wonderful and quiet. In the evening, you can easily focus on your own things and relax. The bathroom is clean and spacious, and the kitchen is always free and fully equipped with everything you need for cooking.I would really love to visit Murcia for more than just a few days next time, just to walk around and fully enjoy this beautiful ancient city! And I know exactly where to stay for a peaceful and perfect rest in Murcia!Thank you, Alejandro!

Good location, nicely stocked kitchenette, friendly, helpful staff. Alejandro communicated well regarding my stay and provided helpful tips for enjoying the local sights and attractions. There is a nice produce market every Friday in front of the building. I highly recommend this lovely location.

the most was very friendly and helpful. the common kitchen was helpful. there were 2 bathrooms for the 3 rooms in the apprment which was good
there are 2 rooms with a balcony and one without. my room.didnt have a balcony . it was smaller then the other 2 rooms and didn't have any view.
the location is not central but on the suberbs of murcia
