The room was very clean and very new. Minutes from Zarcero city centre, within walking distance.

There was no heater for the room. Please spray the outside and inside for ants.

An experience that I would prefer not to repeat.

close to town centre - though still very difficult to find

Cons:

Almost impossible to find in the dark. Only couple blocks from centre but hidden away up a steep hill with no lighting or obvious sign. Looked like a building site at the entry. Impossible to reach anyone on the phone number that was provided for the property. Had it not been for the kind help of locals unconnected to the hotel we would never have found it. Hotel was at the top of a steep hill. Wind was very strong and the whole end of the room (a window) rattled violently in the wind, waking us constantly during the night.
