Pros:

The attitude of the staff here, just like in other parts of the Philippines, remains as good as ever.

Cons:

Without internet access, my mobile data was depleted on the first night. The window air conditioner was noisy, and condensation dripped from above, making a dripping sound. I reported all these issues to the hotel, and their attitude was indeed good, but they couldn't resolve them. No drinking water was provided in the room. Hot water for bathing was only provided after communication.
