Witnessing barbaric behavior blacklisting this hotel for all future bookings

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.
However, I was not happy with the breakfast menu. The standard menu was the same for the four days I was there. They did not have a lot of options like mushrooms, hash browns, and cold ham. The cheese they had was not the best. They only had orange and apple juice, which I do not think was 100% juice. I guess it is not what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel.

The thing that upset me the most was the white lady who looked like a supervisor, by the juice stall in front of the swinging double doors, shoving and shouting at an employee, telling him to hurry up. She was wearing a navy skirt and a blue and white shirt. That was the worst experience I have ever had. It was very rude of her to behave like that in front of the customers.

For that reason, we will never book that hotel again and will make sure to discourage family and friends from staying there.

Cons:

Witnessing a supervisor at the juice stall shouting at and shoving an employee was a shocking and unacceptable experience. Due to this hostile work environment and complete lack of professional decency, we will never return to this hotel and will ensure our family and friends avoid it entirely.

In my room there was a loud noise that kept banging as if something heavy was falling, reported the next morning
On the 2nd night, I woke up middle of the night with another type of noise , this time it kept banging in the wall, suspecting it was from the room next to the head of the bed.
Very disturbing on both nights
The was a cockroach climbing up the door inside our room

Pros:

Warm welcome and accommodating arrangements made with our check-in more than 2 hours earlier, with waiting at the pool area or the patio directed.
Our room was clean, cosy, practical and easy to navigate. The iron with ironing board are a welcome convenience.
The entire atmosphere is classy and regal, leaving one to feel under dressed when not in formal/smart casual attire (hahaha).
The restaurant outdid themselves with every meal made it difficult for us to concede that we had had enough - especially at the breakfast buffets.
