Pros:

The staff especially the manager Nicole Munroe without her assistance and compassion our stay would have been a nightmare as we had been highjacked and robbed of all our money, cell phones and bags upon arrival at King Shaka International Airport using an Uber. Nicole really helped us providing empathy and 2 Tshirts for me and a dress for my wife until we managed to receive emergency cash from Zambia. The Edward must not lose that Gem of a manager

Pros:

The staff is friendly

Cons:

When we booked online, we were given the impression that the room we booked was on the beach front. To our suprise, on arrival we were told that if we want the view of the see, we are required to pay extra R350.00 per night, which disappointed us a lot.

During our stay, there was a time whereby we couldn't open our door, we felt unwelcomed for that moment.

Enjoyable
Pros:

We did enjoyed breakfast and the staff was so welcoming and friendly esp Mthobisi, Celani and Clint. Cleaners for the rooms were taking their own time to sort our room for an example when we were finished having breakfast and returning back to the room to rest you'll find that they only removed bed linen and left till late. One of the days I was sitting for an hour outside the room waiting for them to finish up.

Cons:

My plan was to return to the room after having breakfast to rest as I was not travelling for work. The horel should have told them about people travelling and not travelling for work, for them to prioritise cleaning those rooms.

Very good service
Pros:

The staff where friendly and helpful, the premises was clean, and we felt comfortable, location is good

Cons:

There was no under cover parking available, but arrangements were made for parking although I wudve preferred the latter. But the guard at the parking across the road was very friendly and helpful, therfore this is not a complaint, just a comment
