Pros:

Очень хороший персонал, прекрасный завтрак.

Cons:

У нас из окна был вид на стройку. Ещё немного шумно, стеклопакеты тонкие, все звуки улицы прекрасно слышно.

Worst stay that one can ever have. Dont be fooled by the pic
Pros:

I liked nothing about this hotel. It was the worst stay I've ever experienced, even though I only stayed for one night. I ended up canceling my reservation.

Cons:

The staff were extremely disrespectful. As soon as they realized I intended to cancel my reservation, they called me a liar. Their behavior was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I had to call the tourist police because of their behavior.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Atam Hotel! From the very beginning, the service was outstanding, and every member of the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful.

Our experience started with our arrival. Even though we hadn’t informed the hotel in advance, they quickly arranged an airport pickup for us, which we really appreciated after a long journey.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the sea view, and we had such a beautiful view.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food every morning, the atmosphere was very relaxed—you could enjoy your meal without feeling rushed.

The hotel’s location is perfect—just behind the Blue Mosque and within walking distance of Sultanahmet’s main attractions, making it easy to explore the city.

A special thank you to Mr. Berat, who went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. He helped us organize tours and activities, making our trip even more enjoyable. Since taxi can sometimes be difficult to find in Istanbul, he also arranged taxi for us at reasonable prices, which was incredibly helpful.

On our last day, our flight was late at night. The staff kindly allowed us to stay in our room until the evening without any extra charge.

We are truly happy that we chose Atam Hotel. It exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone and Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Cons:

The rooms may not be large enough, but offer good value for the price. Considering the perfect location, and overall experience, we found it to be well worth its price.

Близо до площада и основните забележителности .Близо до спиралата на трамвая на 10 мин.

Cons:

В банята няма малък мобилен душ ,само голям .
Бяхме настанени за първи етаж и една съвсем малка част от морето се виждаше .

Pros:

Overall, our experience was very good, the receptionist was friendly and he helped a lot and the services were great. The rooms were neat and the location of the hotel was very reliable and the view from the rooms were very peaceful.
