too short
Pros:

staff is incredible, location is walkable to so much of PV, the beautiful well cared for plants. The entire vibe is incredible

Great value, great time!
Pros:

The room was great, the check in information was provided the afternoon of, as I was getting in late. Quick and easy to get in to the building and my room.
Some people mentioned the street noise, i was there in off season, there was some loud noise, but I think you'd need to find somewhere very off road to not hear noise in mexico. Didn't bother me.

Cons:

Everything was great. The suite no 5 had everything, comfy huge bed and so much room.

Great location and great room!
Pros:

The terrace had a nice vibe. The location is amazing, close to the boardwalk as well as several good restaurants. The room was clean and charming and very comfortable. And after a long day of sightseeing in the warm weather coming back to the well air conditioned room was a relief!

Cons:

The acoustics were a little strange, so some sounds seemed louder than they probably were. But the guests seemed to respect the quiet time and I didn't have any trouble sleeping.

Pros:

Ein absoluter Traum! Persönlicher Empfang, super Kommunikation und ein herrliches Gebäude mit Dachterrasse. Eine ganz offene Atmosphäre im Haus- man fühlt sich willkommen. Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht- Klimaanlage, Ventilator, dunkle Vorhänge und viele nette Kleinigkeiten. Drei Minuten bis zum Strand. Eine große Empfehlung.

Best Place to stay in Malecón
Pros:

Right in the heart of Malecón. Walking distance to anything you need. Beautiful rooms and rooftop view. They really make you feel at home here. Stayed in Suite 3 which is directly on the street where the Frida portrait is and I loved it. Easy in and out access and super cold AC in the rooms. Was able to shop at the local markets and cook a little in the room which was nice. I’ll be staying here every single time I come to Puerto Vallarta! See you soon
