Todo me parecio increíble, la ubicación, comodidad, además es lindo, de la terraza se ve el mar, no se escucha el caos de los antros apesar de la cercanía y pasa varias opciones de transporte público, excelentes opciones de restaurantes cerca, facil la forma de accesar al hotel, en fin una linda experiencia

Amazing! Great staff, location and facilities!
Pros:

Room was spacious and love the bright colours. Kitchen was equipped with all we needed. Very walkable to the action and only a short taxi to the port.

Cons:

Close to the main road so can be a little loud if you are a light sleeper.

Peaceful stay close to the beach
Pros:

In a very touristy city, this place is truly an escape. The bed was very comfortable. The television was large and had some free programming. The rooftop is a great place to glimpse the ocean and the sunset. The host was very accommodating. There is plenty of room to unpack and store luggage. The walls are soundproof. I had no idea there were children watching cartoons in the room next door until I went into the hallway and heard it. The location was excellent for me because I wanted to be close to the beach.

Cons:

My one complaint is that there was not a hand towel in the bathroom. The room only comes with 2 bath towels.

Did not meet expectations
Pros:

Location was good - near to Malecon, and the rooftop terrace was nice, and it was nice to have a kitchen with a refrigerator.

Cons:

A number of issues with this place:
1) only bath towel provided - no hand towels, no wash cloths; TP holder was falling off ....
2) Could use much more shelf space and towel racks - plenty of room to do so, but only one hook on a large wall, and a tiny shelf above the sink.
3) Not well insulated from noise - I could hear people talking in other rooms, and walking above me
4) Overall, not very appealing room for me. Others may be OK.

Was only there 24hrs and host was wonderful
Pros:

Property was in an excellent location,. Right in the Malacon, close to beach 🏝️ and night clubs n restaurants and boardwalk

Cons:

We had to go upstairs to get to room which was fine for us but if you had a disability it would be difficult

Affordable, central, colourful, friendly, comfortable, and awesome!
Pros:

Being able to have a street level entrance was fantastic! The suite we rented (Duplex Studio) was spacious, had everything we needed, a very comfortable bed, and a huge bathroom. There were few windows but that was actually a blessing as that blocked out so much of the outside noise and there was plenty of lights and lamps to make it lit and cozy. We slept great especially with the separated bedroom in the back corner with its own A/C unit. There was a bed in there instead of the foam folding couch thing we saw in the pictures which was a very nice surprise! It was very comfortable with lots of pillows for us to lounge and relax when we weren't out exploring.

The rooftop patio was stellar. I was able to get great wifi up there and do work when needed. In the evening the lights were beautiful and we got a great view of the fireworks from the pirate ship off the Malecon. There is an ATM right on the corner, a very cheap spa with massages on the other corner, the Malecon is so close and we walked to Casa Ley for groceries without an issue. Common area and kitchen was nice but we didn't need to use it.

Francisco was amazing, very communicative and helpful. Made sure to let us know about an issue with the safe before hand and already had a fix lined up. Reached out to us to arrange our free clean because we were there for a week. Even tried to help make the wifi better (I think it's the one downside to being in the bottom corner of the building).

We will ABSOLUTELY try to stay here again when we come back. Amazing home base, close to everything, and very affordable.

Cons:

Room needs its own wifi router. Doesn't get a good signal from the ones upstairs and cell signal is weak inside so we couldn't really use our mobile as a hotspot to much greater affect. Thankfully, the rooftop has excellent service and was comfy and easy to use when we needed to.

Pros:

La ubicacion, la terraza, la habitacion es comoda y los atardeceres son muy bonitos, francisco la persona encargada del lugar es una persona muy atenta, educada y amable, me volveria a quedar en casa colibri sin pensarlo.

Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was fantastic. I really enjoyed the common spaces and the roof top seating area with a view of the ocean. The staff were friendly and very accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

The motorized lock on the outside door beeped loudly in the night when other guests would come home. It would echo in the hall and wake us up especially when the guests didn’t lock the door behind them. The lock would try to engage, but would get stuck and continue to constantly beep. There were 2 nights that I had to get up and fix the front door to make it stop.
