I stayed at Infinity Plaza during my trip around Kosovo, and it was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience of my journey. I booked a room with balcony and it was so quiet and the view of balcony was so relaxing.
What stood out the most was that this was the only hotel I came across during my trip that offered laundry service, a huge plus for a travel on the move like me. On top of that, everything about my stay was beyond amazing, the room was spotless and comfortable, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was modern and relaxing.
If you’re traveling through Kosovo and find yourself in Gjakove, I highly recommend staying here.

Pros:

Le personnel est super et chaleureux.

Cons:

Mal chauffé malgré un chauffage, dans la salle de bain il y avait une forte odeur même si c'était propre.
De part le faot que tout était en carrelage, il y avait un fort echo dans les couloirs où j'entendais chaque personne qui parlait même si elles tentaient de chuchoter. C'était assez désagréable quand on vient de se coucher pour dormir.
