Vollkommen überteuert für das gebotene Hotelzimmer
Pros:

Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war für den Preis viel zu teuer für die geringe Größe.
Die Bilder im Internet die man sich anschauen konnte waren irreführend und entsprachen mit der vorgefundenen Wirklichkeit.
Kein Tisch, kein Stuhl - Ausstattung absolut minimalistisch, Fernseher klein mit minimalistischem deutschen Programmen.

Pros:

La struttura è perfetta e ben curata. La spa non è la migliore che abbia visto, ma comunque di discreto livello. Il ristorante è di altissimo livello, con una cura dei dettagli incredibile. Il servizio del ristorante impeccabile. La suite è graziosa, bagno discreto.

Cons:

Ho prenotato una camera economy, ma dalle foto non era possibile vedere che il letto era ad una piazza e mezza. Credo che questo tipo di camere vada affittata solo a chi richiede una doppia uso singolo. Per due persone non è gestibile: e comunque nel caso credo sia giusto farlo presente. Va comunque detto che dopo aver chiesto il cambio, mi sono venuti incontro. Tutto il team è stato impeccabile. Consiglio però al manager un approccio meno aggressivo con i clienti. Le mie ragioni erano ineccepibili.

Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt an der Gondel, man konnte bis zum Hotel mit den Ski abfahren. Sehr freundliches Personal und tolles Frühstück.

Struttura bella e accogliente con tutti i comfort staff professionale, cortese e sorridente.
Viaggio tanto per lavoro e per piacere ma devo spendere due parole per il Maitre del ristorante che con la sua professionalità e gentilezza nell'accogliere le persone ti fa sentire non un ospite ma un/a principe/ssa, siamo stati veramente colpiti dalla sua gentilezza. Come ogni singolo cameriere/a che ci ha servito in tutta la nostra vacanza.

Velmi kvalitní hotel dokáže i maličkostí negativně překvapit

Hotel je přímo v centru Livigna

Cons:

Jediné se nám nelíbilo byla 10.12.2025 obsluha v restauraci. Při objednání jiné značky bílého vína přinesla obsluha, asi 20ti letý chlapec, snad to nejhorší víno co našel a nalil nám to další víno do stejné sklenice. Ani nedal čistou. Objednali jsme si tedy další lahev prvního vína, co jsme měli před touto, jelikož se nedalo pít. Do restaurace jsme se již další dny, kdy jsme byli v hotelu ubytovaní nešli.

jinak vše super , personál , garáže a vchod z nich do hotelu a cca 50 m k bublině na svah
Pros:

snídaně velmi dobré , večerě jsme byli tak po Livignu , kde to velmi dobře známe

Cons:

děti v bazénu nebrali v potaz , že jsme starší a chceme si užít relax , wirpul po denním lyžování v klidu
