Very comfortable and clean hotel, i will choose it again and again when visiting Jeddah.
Pros:

The property was soo clean, staff soo friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in the room. Location wise, walking distance from Al balad market place, main road, easy taxi access.

Really nice stay, lovely staff great value for money
Pros:

Location was perfect for my visit to Al Balad, Old Town. The surrounding area is in the middle of working class neighborhood with lots of immigrant workers and visiting travelers so if your looking for beautiful surroundings or a solo western female traveler maybe not the area for you and might be a little off putting as its mainly men and the external streets are extremely dirty HOWEVER having said that EVERYONE I met or spoke to were so friendly and so nice. The hotel staff were fantastic and could not do enough for you, so very helpful and polite and kind. As I was filming for my Youtube channel @palmacadventures in and around the Al Balad region the hotel was a perfect location for me and at an extremely good price.

Thanks ever so much to all the hotel staff, my stay was really perfect

Cons:

The external street area was extremely dirty however it was set in and around a shopping district, a typical market area you come accross in the ME or Africa
Bit far away from the Airport
