الموظفين من الاستقبال حتى الخدمة كانوا ممتازين جدا

My Lahdat Hotel Experience
Pros:

Very nice accommodation, good A/C, Mr Ahmed Sarham is one of the best hospitality manager i have ever come across. Throughout my stay, he attended to all my requests promptly. Very cautious and always smiling. The staff members are well organised. The overall experience exceeded my expectations. I love their coffee.

Pros:

+ Frühstück war absolut OK und wurde innerhalb 15 Min nach Anruf geliefert
+ in 5-10 Min. war ich am "Busbahnhof Balad
+ 15 min walk und man war in der AltStadt Balad
+ checkin / checkout problemlos
+ relativ nahe am Busbahnhof ".....man kann laufen..."
+ dusche war abgetrennt zur Toilette !!

-+ etwas Lärm vom highwway . gerade noch OK
+- 10 min walk zum "Busbahnhof"

Excellente adresse
Pros:

Personnel aux petits soins, tous,du restaurant a la réception. Grand merci à Ahmed pour son aide précieuse, Mohamed pour sa gentillesse et tout le staff qui a été hyper attentionné.

Chambre spacieuse, super douche, tres bonne clim aussi. Vous avez un frigo et une kettle. Bonne insonorisation des chambres. On n'entend rien sauf les gens qui laissent les portes se reclaquer comme dans tous les hôtels.

Situation : vous êtes a 7 mn a pied de la gare routière Al Balad. De la vous pouvez rejoindre la corniche al hamra par exemple avec la fontaine et même l'aéroport si vous êtes très patient. Tout est accessible à pied, le vieux balad bien sûr, et vous avez plein de restaurants et commerces. Je vous conseille d'essayer holyday restaurant, restaurant indien et FRYB un petit snack qui propose la fastfood habituelle et des supers jus frais.
J'espère y revenir avec des amis.

Convenient and affordable stay to visit Al Balad
Pros:

Location walking distance to Al Balad. Room clean and spacious. Breakfast served in the room. Staff was very helpful. Our Uber didn’t arrive to pick us to airport, hotel staff assisted with finding us a ride.

Assolutamente non consigliato. Difficoltà nel farsi capire, non capiscono l'inglese base, disponibilità e accoglienz
Pros:

Camera spaziosa.

Cons:

Il personale alla reception non parla inglese;
Il personale non si è reso per nulla disponibile: abbiamo richiesto di poter fare la colazione anticipata o take away; la sera prima ci è stato detto che era possibile, la mattina dopo, quando abbiamo chiamato la cucina 10 minuti prima dell'orario di inizio della colazione (7), ci è stato detto di richiamare alle 7 in punto per ordinare. Alle 7 ho richiamato e facevano finta di non capire bene l'inglese. Abbiamo aspettato 30' la colazione, che non è mai arrivata (quindi, avendo un'escursione presto e dovendo lasciare l'hotel), non abbiamo usufruito di un servizio che abbiamo pagato. Sono stati molto scortesi e maleducati e ci hanno detto che non facevano colazione take-away. Pessimi.
L'hotel è comodo per Al-Balad, ma è in una zona poco pulita e sembra una sorta di ghetto.

I'm glad I chose this hotel
Pros:

Very close to the historic neighbourhood!
That was the reason why I chose this hotel.
The room was very large, staff friendly.
I had an evening check-in, they waited for me and met the night.

Cons:

Street is not really impressed,
but a few step only and you in a beautiful historical district

Znakomite miejsce na nocleg do zwiedzania Jeddah i Al Balad.
Pros:

Pokój w małym hotelu, blisko starej dzielnicy Al Balad; uprzejmy i pomocny personel; śniadanie skromne, serwowane do pokoju po wcześniejszym zamówieniu przez telefon; czysto, komfortowo. Aneks kuchenny, gdzie można zrobić kawę/herbatę.

Cons:

Okna z naszego pokoju wychodziły na bardzo ruchliwą obwodnicę. Był lekki dyskomfort, ale do zaakceptowania. Brak sztućców w aneksie kuchennym.
