Amazing experience of the outback!
Pros:

We loved the location especially. Directly overlooking the snow clad Himalayas. Complete peace and tranquility. Food is all veg, though non veg can be arranged on demand. But trust me, the veg food is awesome. They have local produce of their veggies. Staff is very warm and welcoming. Deepa and Mr. Sanjeev ensured that we had a memorable time. We stayed there 2 nights, and it was truly an experience in itself! Loved it. Lots of trekking trails too. Ornithologist's paradise, lots of birds to see!

Cons:

Honestly very little to grumble about. Wish they could provide 1 more heater in the room. The flooring can be part carpeted so that the feet don't go cold. The bed warmer helped a lot. A few more creature comforts would make the experience amazing for those who aren't used to the cold. Non veg food on the menu will be also appreciated by many, though it didn't bother us. It was an experience in itself. Travel a little light, the access route is a bit tricky, they have a Thar which comes to pick you up from the main road. So quite an adventure.
