Die Hausherrin ist eine gebildete, höfliche junge Frau..
Es wurde Trinkwasser zur Verfügung gestellt, auch aus einem großen Behälter zum Abfüllen.
Es gab einen Wasserkocher mit Tee und Café und mein Balkon ging in den Garten.
Genug Ablageplatz..

Cons:

Die Badezimmertür ging nur einen Spalt auf weil dahinter das Waschbecken hängt.

Das Umfeld draußen war sehr laut und schmutzig.. Viele laute Krähen und Hunde, die den Müll frassen..

Mitten auf der Straße lag eine Riesenratte. Das war nicht die einzigste.
Der Ort versinkt im Müll und es stinkt überall, dazu ist der Ort total überlaufen..

Allegro the pink building
Pros:

Friendly attentive staff. Great central location. Close to bars shops and beach. Good wifi. Very good value for money fridge and kettle in the room. 2 bottles of water delivered daily. Comfortable bed and great shower. Daybed on the balcony. Lovely garden with hammocks. Also very easy to find the pink building!

Cons:

No ac in the room but on the garden side and well shaded also a very good ceiling fan so not uncomfortable.

Je recommande vivement cet établissement.
Pros:

La propreté la gentillesse de la patronne et la vue sur le jardin très agréable. Le balcon est très sympa aménagé avec un ottoman tres pratique et confortable. On est au cœur de Palolem beach au calme et près de la plage.

The best ,cleanest room with everything you could want
Pros:

Everything you could want for a stay we stayed longer than planned the owner went way beyond to make our stay perfect such a lovely lady free water everyday washing done for free amazing can’t wait to come back

Very clean hotel and great location with amazing host
Pros:

Lovely clean hotel in a great location, the owner was so friendly and helpful and nothing was to much trouble and would always be willing to chat and she spoke excellent English
The room was exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable with good shower, fridge and kettle , with a lovely balcony to sit and relax.
We would have no hesitation returning and recommend to anyone 🤗

It was absolutely perfect! Room is spacious, really clean with fridge, nice shower with hot water and balcony. Great location near the beach. Owner is super nice and extremely helpful. Laundry service is also available.

This was the best place we stayed on our trip to India

Cons:

Unprofessional staff. Cancelled my booking without even calling once. When I called them they told me we have sent email. After that asked me to pay
advance. I asked them at what rate? To which they didn't replied. I didn't pay since they already gave room to someone else as told by them and I stayed in another hotel.

Tutto perfetto.
Homestay in pieno centro a Palolem Beach, sulla via principale e a 2 minuti dalla spiaggia.
Il personale è estremamente gentile.
La camera bella spaziosa, pulitissima, balcone e acqua calda in bagno.
Avevamo prenotato senza aria condizionata e con nostra sorpresa ci hanno fatto un upgrade in una camera con aria condizionata anche se devo dire che la camera rimaneva comunque molto fresca.
Mini frigo in camera e bollitore con te e caffè.
Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale

Cons:

Niente.
I nostri vicini erano rumorosi fino a tarda notte ma non è di certo colpa dell’ Homestay
