Merkezi konumda tertemiz bir otel
Pros:

Otelin konumu harikaydı, oda çok temizdi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Varmadan önce iletişim sağlanması da güzeldi. Merkezde her yere yürüyerek ulaşabildik. Otele geç ulaşmamıza rağmen çok rahat giriş sağladık.

Disappointing stay — would not recommend
Pros:

Location

Cons:

The walls are paper-thin. You can hear everything: staff, other guests, even people using their bathrooms. Outside noise carries straight into the room as if it were happening right next to you.

Staff entered the room multiple times without any notice — once right after check-in and again at 8am.

The WiFi is so weak you can’t even hold a FaceTime call.

The room smelled awful, and the showerhead seemed like it had never been cleaned. On top of that, it was uncomfortably hot the whole time. The AC wasn’t much help, and opening a window for fresh air wasn’t really an option given the smell.

For the same price, you can definitely find somewhere better.

Exceptional location and excellent valur for money
Pros:

The location is fantastic: right by Kapana, the mosque and the roman arena and a few minutes walk to the old town.
The staff is very friendly. The hotel has a lift - handy when you arrive with heavy bags. You can get excellent coffee any time during the day at the reception. The room was quiet and clean. The shower was great. This was excellent value for money.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like, but the room is quite small (although big enough), there are no coffee or tea facilities in the room (but you can get coffee at the reception). There is no breakfast option or restaurant (but you are just meters away from dozens of little restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets).
