Pros:

Ich habe nicht den Zimmer bekommen den ich gebucht habe.
Ich habe eine luxuriöse Zimmer mit Balkon and extra Sofabett gebucht.
Leider habe ich eine andere Zimmer bekommen den ich nicht gebucht habe. Das Internet hat kaum funktioniert. Das Frühstück war schrecklich und nicht essbar. Ich würde niemals dort wohnen.
Ich werde auch den bezahlten Differenz zurück verlangen.
