Good for a fairly big group of people. Multiple bathrooms and showers
Not all of the mentioned beds are equipped to sleep in unfortunately. Make sure your friends who can handle sleeping on the floor take the 2 couch beds on the first floor it will be almost the same experience… stuff to turn them into beds are all locked in cabinets and closets… need to contact owner to unlock them
4 toilets!! Amazing!
It would be nice if this was in the little nearer to the city
Very nice and quiet neighborhood.
If you’re leaving in the morning on a weekday the train gets really busy. Try taking a bus to the airport.
It was clean, and the owner was very responsive and understanding. We were able to drop off luggages early after the prior guests left. If you know anything about Japanese toilet paper it feels like half a ply but this place had the thickest toilet paper supplied out of our whole trip which felt nice. We primarily booked this place because of the number of toilets and showers for our big group. No need to take turns or wait a long time to get ready. The washing machine was also a plus, and instruction booklet was helpful. We didnt use the kitchen stove but there are two kitchens and two fridges. There were instructions on sorting garbage which were confusing but the owner was kind and helped us throw it away. There’s A/C on each floor as well. There were also hooks on the wall to hang towels and coats and 2 drying racks provided. There was a long mirror in the entryway which was nice to check outfits before heading out.
Nothing extremely terrible. Location is a bit far from any station or bus stop, but you get used to it and u will pass by the convenience stores. The house has many floors, but the stairs can be quite narrow and steep. We didnt bring our suitcases up the stairs for that reason and if you are a large group you may hv to take turns to open your luggage on the first floor. If you sleep on the 4th floor (most beds), you will be climbing a lot of steps in a day. On that note, if u forgot something on the 1st floor and youre on the 4th, it makes you not want to get it haha. Beds are located on 3rd and 4th floor so everyone has to be physically able enough unless you sleep on couch. We couldnt use a bed as the bedframe broke before we arrived. The front door touchpad also broke before we arrived so we used a physical key. Luckily it wasn’t a huge issue but does take longer to get inside and the group must be more responsible to ensure door is locked every time. On the wall there are multiple signs saying to not make a lot of noise, there is a 50000 yen fine if you wake the neighbors baby or if police are called. It just makes you more wary about noise level since the walls are thin and you can hear the emergency vehicles on the streets too. Also some bathrooms didnt hv hand soap.
