Emplacement, beauté de l’établissement

Cons:

Il faisait -15 dans la chambre impossible d’allumer le chauffage. J’appelle la réception ils s’en foutent clairement que leurs client a froid dans la chambre.
La literie est une literie de 1 et prix.
Et le petit déjeuné n’est pas sensationnel

Schon öfters da gewesen, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Lage perfekt und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof, so dass Ankunft / Weiterreise ohne grossen Zeitaufwand möglich ist. Sauberkeit der Zimmer ebenfalls sehr gut und ruhig.

Cons:

Badewannen zum Einstieg unter die Dusche erachte ich nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäss und bergen ein unnötiges Gefahrenpotential.

Es war in Ordnung
Pros:

Lage, Sauberkeit und Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider auch hier ein mehr oder weniger offenes Bad mit Lamellen als Sichtschutz. Immerhin ist das WC ein eigener verschlossener Raum. Zu dritt im Zimmer stört man sich gegenseitig, wenn man aufs WC muss.

great location. staff could
Pros:

location is really great, so close to the main train station. many alternatives for good food around. checkin was easy. room is spacious.

Cons:

some of the staff (especially 2 of them at the reception during our stay) have difficulty smiling and showing good attitude. they seem to be really bored that they are working there or unhappy having to have conversation with guests. I tried to be nice, asking few things about sauna etc. I got 1-2 word answers without much eye contact or attitude. I tried to book for the sauna later on (which was not working and they had to turn on themselves), I was made to feel that I was asking for a favor or something. after I was done with sauna, I wanted to let them know so that they could turn off, thought I did something good for them. in return, I got the reply "good!".

later on, during breakfast, I observed another staff with similar attitude to guests. they seem to be tired or unhappy for some reason. they could put on a little bit of smile and kindness in my view.

the other thing I did not like were the pillows. they were almost flat, almost nothing inside :) . To be fair, I should have called reception and asked for better ones but I did not. maybe they could have helped but I did not bother.
