Nothing to like because this is a very bad hotel.
I made a reservation 4 days in advance. And when I arrived around 6pm on the day of checkin, I was told there are no rooms available for me. What’s the point of listing your rooms available on Booking when you don’t have any rooms available? The receptionist was very rude and unfriendly. This place is not foreigner friendly. I do not recommend this hotel.
Location is ok.
The hotel definitely needs a renovation. It’s very dirty. There’s a smell of cigarettes in the room. It’s musty. The walls are dirty, bathroom is not in good condition. We even slept in our clothes. Too expensive for the room quality.

The room while spacious is cold and damp the air circulation circulated all the cigarette smoke from other rooms .The entrance to hotel is dark and dingy. I probably will not stay there again if in the area in the future.
The room size is ok with a big balcony.
The bathroom is smelly even though I have the exhaust fan on all the time. The room has snacks and drinks without any indication if they are included or not. Turn out they are not free. No drinking water like most of the other hotel, you have to pay for it.
It was a welcome sight after cycling all day in the rain from Hanoi. No restaurant at the hotel but many nearby and some snacks in the room. Need to heat the water before having a shower

The room was large and spaceous. Staff helpful as possible.
The room was very dirty and we have stayed in plenty of Asian hotels so you expect some dirt.
Not geared up for the foreign traveller. No info on sites of interest. Couldn't find a tour operator for foreigners. When we managed to find one from Hanoi they wouldn't take credit card. Hotel couldn't help us hire a bike or car. I wouldn't recommend this place for the foreign traveller.
The staff were friendly and helpful where they could but the language barrier impeded us.

I think it's a brothel. It's very dirty... Like... Very dirty. No toilet paper. The fridge was broken. Extremely noisy. Its like the rooms are being rented out for gentlemen parties
