Room was not ready at check-in. Asked for another room. New room had a bad smell of weed from previous guests.

'Perfect Professional and all round Courtesy"
Pros:

Staff are most welcoming and food service staff are very attentive..Food is well presented and delicious. Nice relaxing atmosphere after my business day.
Room was in quiet area of hotel with comfy bed and everything for the Business guest. On site complimentary parking, and very convenient to Galway city and all major routes.
Looking forward to returning .

Nice modern hotel
Pros:

Nice modern hotel, room very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Little bit out of town. Service at dinner not great but very understaffed, food was excellent though.
