Staff Room were all excellent
My husband was in UHG and the distance was too far
Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna sehen auf den Fotos ansprechender aus. Wir würden nicht mehr dort buchen, der Frühstücksraum laut und voll.
Great location. Lovely rooms. Bar was good but pricey. Not enough staff, so service was slow.

Comfortable bed room was clean and air con was welcome as it was very warm
I didn't like the wait at reception on check in , it was nearly half an hour waiting to check in and there didn't seam to be enough staff on. It was a long wait in a very warm reception area and we were on a tight time to get back to the hospital
The pool was great to swim in and the bed was very comfortable
Nice clean and spacious suite
The entrance is hard to find as sat nav takes you up the parallel road. They charge €20 extra to check in a little earlier. I've staying at Clayton Hotels for years and have never been charged for early check in before.

Reception, Room overall..
Shower not working, only drops. Pool area needs really refurbishment and fresh painting. All was quite "used". Pool also by far to hot and air quite sticky. Not ideal for exercises.
