Pros:

Hitesh at the Reception was very good and helpful.
Other staff members were good but Hitesh exceeded. The chef at Table101 Praful was very good. Nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

The refrigerator in the room was cold enough.
Also, during the evening the 6th floor corridor towards my room was smelly (urine). Further despite being a non smoking floor there was smoking smell from nearby rooms on 2 or 3 days..
