Very comfortable except the luke warm shower
Cons:

I only had a problem with hot water in the bath. Despite the staff looking into it and assuring us it just wasnt.. All 3 of us had to shower in lukewarm water. That was a big dissappointment

Stained sheets, mosquitoes, no sound isolation and broken TV!

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

There were insects in the room, they didn’t have sanitary pads and when called for it - they said we ran out of it after asking it for the second time. The bed sheets were stained and the room allocated to us was just in front of the elevators and the noise from the hallway travels to the room. The TV screen was dysfunctional and had one side blacked out. Overall a pathetic experience and no apologies from the team when these issues were brought to notice.
