good location, good food,. modern comfortable room.Very spacious lounge and restaurant and very busy

there was no breakfast on the sunday morning .we had dinner on the first evening and it was good.

outside the entrance to the rooms could be cleaner, birds poo.

Lovely place will stay, will stay again if I’m local.
Pros:

Nice comfy room, good parking, great traditional Irish pub underneath. Breakfast is from a little cafe style place underneath which you can eat in or takeout, this was very nice too - operated by a lovely girl who was very friendly.
