Un magnifique séjour dans ce riad ❤️
Personnel vraiment très sympathique et attentif, toujours avec le sourire.
La décoration est superbe, pleine de charme et très soignée.
L’emplacement est idéal, parfait pour découvrir la ville à pied.
Je recommande vivement et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Pros:

This is aesthetically unbeatable. Beautiful decor and superb choice of linens and amenities. The bed was very comfortable, including pillows and linens. The split-unit heater didn’t appear to be working but we were given a portable radiator which worked well. We didn’t receive room service one day bc we didn’t know to leave our key for the staff but it wasn’t a big deal. The breakfast was delicious and we especially liked the rooftop terrace. We were so glad to opt for the airport pickup/shuttle because the place would have been difficult to find on our own.

Cons:

The location is fine for people traveling together and didn’t prove an issue but I wouldn’t want to walk there alone as a solo female traveler.
Also, we paid for the airport shuttle and would suggest only STAFF be allowed to carry bags from the vehicle to the Riad. We did not realize staff allowed locals to transport our bags and were unpleasantly encountered with bantering that we didn’t tip them enough….just an unnecessary, avoidable arrival circumstance.

Cons:

The cold and the humidity in January. Fortunately they gave me a little heater. There was also AC. The dirty and dark little alleys at night and how hard it is to find the riad.

Our stay overall was wonderful and we felt comfortable, safe, and happy staying at Krème.
Pros:

It was nice, well maintained. Rooms were big and had a lot of sunlight coming in. Staff was fantastic especially Anas who was helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Cons:

The bathtub was not covered so when we showered, water would go everywhere.

Pros:

Pur rimanendo all’interno della Medina in questo Riad puoi apprezzare il silenzio e la calma poiché dista 4 minuti a piedi dall’inizio dei souk.
La struttura è ben curata, il personale super gentile e disponibile, la colazione ottima (abbiamo soggiornato tre notti e per tre volte qualcosa nella colazione è cambiato).
Ines, da whatsapp supporta in tutto e per tutto, prima e dopo. Consigli, raccomandazioni e proposte.

Excellent Séjour !
Pros:

J’ai adoré la chambre, un véritable petit cocon, très confortable et décorée avec goût.
Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et varié.
L’ambiance du riad est chaleureuse et apaisante, idéale pour se détendre après une journée dans la médina.
Un grand merci à Inès et à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.
Je recommande vivement et reviendrai avec plaisir, encore une fois !

Pros:

Le Riad Kreme est bien décoré.

Cons:

Il y a beaucoup d’humidité dans la chambre et dans le patio qui est fermé par une bâche (non ouvert, pas de système de fenêtre).
Les chambres sont très petites.
