Pros:

Flexibilný príchod, vyhoveli vo všetko, dostali sme krasnu izbu a zadarmo ranajky. Úplne úžasná komunikácia aj prístup. Odporúčam a veľmi rád sa sem vrátim.

Pros:

Hotellet har en god beliggenhed, og personalet var meget venlige og imødekommende. Værelset var hyggeligt, pænt og rent.

Cons:

Morgenmaden var simpel og virkede til at være lavet af ret billige råvarer. Udvalget var der egentlig, men det hele føltes lidt kedeligt og uden noget friskt eller indbydende.
Desuden synes jeg, at rooftop‑baren trænger til en opfriskning.

Cosy and welcoming!
Pros:

The staff were really lovely and accommodating. Zeynep was attentive and was able to direct me to affordable transport to the airport. Salim and Meral were very professional as was the lovely staff member who provided me with a free mocktail drink (i’m so sorry I can’t remember their name). I’d definitely stay again.

P.s the breakfast was amazing!

Cons:

It was great for me, but if you have several suitcases or have difficulties with accessibility - it can be a little burdensome as the hotel is located in a side street that’s sometimes blocked by other vehicles

Pros:

Bu otele ikinci gelişim ve yine her şeyden fazlasıyla memnun kaldım. Personelin güler yüzü, ilgisi ve yardımseverliği gerçekten takdire şayan; artık kendimi burada yabancı gibi değil, tanınan bir misafir gibi hissediyorum. Her konuda destek olmaya hazır olmaları konaklamayı çok daha keyifli hale getiriyor. Otelin konumu da harika, her yere çok yakın ve ulaşım açısından oldukça rahat. Hem hizmet kalitesi hem de sıcak atmosferiyle kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederim!

Nach einem langen Tag in der City ist man gerne ins Hotel gekommen und hat sich dort sehr wohlgefühlt!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral direkt am Galata Turm. Man ist jedoch auch schnell unten den Berg runter an der Galata Brücke (ca 7 Minuten zu Fuß)
Man muss sich also bewusst sein: Man muss jedes Mal den Berg wieder zu Fuß hoch gehen, wenn man zur Galata Brücke, zur Altstadt etc. geht. Bus und Bahn lohnt sich hier jedoch auch nicht. Uns hat es nicht gestört.
Das Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet und hatte auch alles was man braucht (Shampoo/ Spülung / Duschgel/ Föhn/ Bademäntel/ Schlappen/ …)
Außerdem erhält man jeden Tag kostenlos zwei neue Wasserflaschen.
Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren super nett und zuvorkommend. Salim an der Rezeption hat sich jeden Tag erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Damen vom Frühstück auf der überdachten Terrasse waren ebenfalls super nett! Das Frühstück war richtig cool. Nicht das übliche „Buffet“, sondern traditionell türkisch viele kleine Schüsseln auf dem Tisch und von jedem etwas.

Cons:

Das wlan hat leider bei uns nicht funktioniert. Wir haben dies auch direkt angesprochen und haben daraufhin den Zugang zum Manager wlan erhalten. Dies hat jedoch auch nur in der Lobby und oben auf der dachterasse beim Frühstück funktioniert. Für uns war das okay so, da wir eh eine E-SIM hatten. Wenn wir das nicht gehabt hätten, wäre es aber blöd gewesen. Keine Ahnung, ob das nur bei uns eine Problematik war.
Weiter war der Wasserdruck in der Dusche leider wirklich sehr gering und die Wassertemperatur unglaublich schwierig „angenehm“ einzustellen - hier wissen wir aber auch nicht, ob es vielleicht auch daran lag, dass wir unser Zimmer im 5. Stock hatten. Die Mitarbeiter vom Hotel haben dies auch sofort gecheckt und sagten, dass unsere Dusche nicht kaputt sei.

Pros:

Amazing stay at Walton Hotel. Everything went super well. The hotel personnel is delightful, caring and very professional, from the reception to the team at the rooftop restaurant/bar and the housekeeping. Rooms were spacious, warm, clean and comfortable. Delicious Turkish breakfast is served at the rooftop restaurant/bar with amazing view of Istanbul. Perfect!

Pros:

Δεν εχω λόγια για την διαμονή μου. Ήταν ολα τέλεια. Το βασικότερο όλων ηταν η εξυπηρέτηση που παρείχε το προσωπικό. Τα παιδιά στη reception ηταν πέρα του δέοντος ευγενικά και μας βοήθησαν σε οτι ζητήσαμε. Απο τις καλύτερες εμπειρίες σε ξενοδοχείο.
