I wanted a personalized place in a vital neighborhood where the community was active and friendly. This was the perfect location.

Cons:

The city often has a lot of smokers outside doors and it seems that this the same issue with this awesome hotel. Not a problem but just be aware if it bothers a guest they may not chose the same room I had off the main entrance and lobby.

Hotel estupendo con un personal muy servicial.
Pros:

El personal ha sido súper amable. Me gustaría destacar a Cihan que me ayudó a organizar mi estancia en Estambul y fue muy agradable en todo momento. La habitación es amplia aunque es cierto que la ducha es algo pequeña (habitación 203) pero para una persona está bien. La temperatura de la habitación era perfecta a pesar de estar en plena ola de calor y no tuve en ningún momento que encender el aire acondicionado.
El hotel da todas las facilidades del mundo y Cihan, como ya he comentado, me gestionó la reserva para ir al Hamman, la recogida y todo lo necesario. Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento.
El desayuno es muy abundante y se sirve en la terraza con unas vistas inmejorables. También me gustaría destacar la amabilidad de la chica que atiende en el bar por las tardes y la de la chica que te da los buenos días cada mañana al llegar al desayuno.
Sin duda alguna, si vuelvo a Estambul me gustaría volver a alojarme aquí. Gracias.

Cons:

Todo en general es estupendo aunque es necesario destacar que el hotel se encuentra en el corazón de Galata lo que significa que se encuentra en mitad de una cuesta. Personalmente no me supuso un gran problema pero si se trata de una persona con movilidad reducida, esto es importante tenerlo en cuenta.

Super vriendelijk personeel. Top locatie midden in de wijk Galata, maar in een rustige straat. Hele fijne ruime kamer met comfortabele bedden. Heel goed ontbijt

Esta muy bien ubicado. Cerca de transporte público, zona de interés turístico, gastronómico, ocio, etc. Personal muy amable con ganas de ayudar. Nos dejaron la tarjeta de transporte que nos ha venido fenomenal!
