Walton Hotels Galata

L’accueil était incroyable. Toutes les personnes de l’hôtel sont adorables et toujours à l’écoute. Le cocktail de bienvenue nous a rendu très heureux.
La chambre était parfaite: grande, confortable et fonctionnelle.
Le petit déjeuner est génial: un plateau avec plein de spécialités turques + la possibilité de commande de plats chauds (omelette, œufs brouillés).
L’hôtel propose aussi un rooftop bar qui est parfait pour les fins des journée (les prix sont très raisonnables et l’accueil est très agréable).
La localisation est remarquable: à côté de la tour de Galata (mais au même temps rue très tranquille), à 10 min en transport du centre (Blue Mosquée, Sainte Sophie), à 10 min à pieds de la rue Istiklal. En plus, ils nous ont prêté la carte de transport afin d’optimiser nos déplacements.
Je reviendrai avec plaisir!

Ligging, goed bed, ruime kamer, netjes…. Personeel erg behulpzaam en zeer aardig. Goede uitleg van Cihan, Cihan is de drijvende motor van het Walton hotel! Dank voor alles…..

Great staff - super friendly and helpful. We arrived very early in the morning and they allowed us an earlier check in! The room was very comfortable and spacious. And we were surprised how quiet it was despite being in such a central location.

From the moment I arrived until the second I checked out, the experience was absolutely seamless and lovely.
The Location: You couldn't ask for a better spot. It is tucked away in the vibrant, historic neighborhood of Galata, just a stone's throw from the Galata Tower. It’s the perfect home base for exploring - surrounded by charming cafes, art galleries, and local boutiques, with easy access to public transport to see the rest of Istanbul.
The Room: My room was a perfect blend of modern comfort and artistic style. It was impeccably clean and cozy.
The Breakfast: Breakfast is served on the stunning rooftop terrace, offering breathtaking views of the Galata Tower and the Golden Horn.
The Service: What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the service. The entire team is professional and warm, but I want to give a special thanks to Salim. He went above and beyond to ensure me and my colleagues were comfortable and had everything we needed. His hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine kindness made me feel truly welcome. It’s rare to find such personalized care, and Salim is a true asset to the hotel.
If you are looking for a hotel with character, incredible views, and top-tier service in Istanbul, look no further than Walton Hotels Galata. I will definitely be returning!

Everything was perfect, from the personnel to the location of the hotel. The personnel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good, the room perfect size and clean. The hotel is 5 minutes from the famous Galata tower district.

Great location, very convenient for getting around. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional from the receptionist to the waitress and hotel manager and communication throughout the stay was smooth and easy. Overall, a place I would definitely return to when in Istanbul.

Everything it is located near Kulata As well the bridge. Staff was more than friendly, especialy Salim. Breakfast is on rooftop, traditional Turkish breakfast,and was very tasty.
