The property was great!! Definitely would stay here again. I don’t have any complaints.
The staff was so helpful & very kind. Upgraded our room free of charge.

The location was great also. Just a little walk and you’re close to majority of everything!

A wonderful hotel with super staff and manager Zeynep who greeted us and made our stay.
Pros:

This property is ideally situated for those who wish to explore the heart of Istanbul. The taxis booked through booking.com took us right to the property to and from the airport with no issues whatsoever. The entrance to the property is not on a busy street and as such does not incur a lot of foot traffic, making it more private and yet accessible from both the main area towards the Galata bridge and also to the Galata tower with its restaurants and shopping areas. The Restaurant at the top of the hotel is very nice and has great views out towards the Galata bridge area and Galata tower. There is a bar included in the restaurant area which serves drinks in the evening. Included near the bar is some small steps which leads to the roof from where I took some pictures of Istanbul and the Galata tower. These pictures are below. In conclusion a clean hotel with superb access to all you need for a visit to Istanbul.

Great service
Pros:

Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They upgraded our room for free, and offered free breakfast. Salim was very attentive to make sure we were comfortable. Thanks for the stay.

Der persönliche 24h Service vor Ort war außergewöhnlich. Wir haben schon lange keine so angenehme Besetzung einer Rezeption (24/7) erlebt. Danke für die Unterstützung bei unserem Kofferproblem nach der Ankunft!!!
Ein kleines feines Hotel, gute Preis Leistung. Super Frühstückservice. Sehr familär und persönlich.

Pros:

The service is the everything of this hotel. They way the were asking all the time how we were feeling and trying to make the experience better for us was beyond!!!. On the reception the gave us instructions to get the places the easiest way and saving us taxis or getting lost! Totally recommended!!!

Perfektní na krátky pobyt
Pros:

Jedná se o menší hotel v centru. Na recepci nám rádi zodpověděli naše dotazy, dokonce nabídli i Istanbul card k zapůjčení na cestování. Po check-inu nám psal i majitel hotelu a zajímal se, zda je vše dle našich představ.

Pokoj je dostatečně prostorný, byl uklizený a nic nám nechybělo.

Na střeše hotelu je bar, odkud je nádherný výhled na Istanbul, zvlášť v noci.

Cons:

Označení hotelu, lze jej snadno přehlédnout.

Ausser der akzeptablen Lage fanden wir nichts Positives!
Pros:

Die Lage ist zentral

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig! Schlafen war schwierig da es von aussen, vom Treppenhaus und vom Gesang der Moschee viel zu laut war (natürlich bei geschlossenem Fenster!)

Bad war auch nach dem ersten Tag schmutzig, verkalkt und verlottert. Haare vom Vorgänger in der Dusche etc.

Frühstück .. lieber wo anders einen guten Kaffee trinken. Auch da, alles schmuddelig, staubig ... eckelhaft!
