Hit Water in my initiall room was cold and the safe did not work. I was moved to another room where everything was to my liking.

Pros:

Staff is great, great food. Everyone very helpfull.

Had really no complains about anything . Just the internet.

Cons:

The WIFI is really bad with no connection at all.
I was there for work and I was unable to work and had to use my phone internet.

Very nice good standard hotel in good location
Pros:

Marble entrance with lots staff - it’s next to a shopping mall which is handy for forgotten items , its location also has ocean views and handy for a walk along sea front

Have stayed here earlier too. I felt it had slipped up a bit on service aspects and small points.
Pros:

Excellent and well stuffed to cater to almost all type of food preferences.

Cons:

Aircon was not functional. Only when guest checked in and complained that it was able to start.
Plug points very badly placed and loose connections.
Kettle connection difficult
Towels had to be asked for.
The dispensers of Hand Lotion are tight in terms of dispensing ability and location.

Pros:

Завтрак хороший. Расположение близко к центру и набережной, но купаться поблизости нельзя!

NICE HOTEL FOR BUSINESS AND RELAXATION
Pros:

I LIKE THE PROPERTY, CLEAN AND HELPFUL STAFF. BREAKFAST HAS ALOT ITEMS AND GOOD IN TASTE. NICE BEACH VIEW FROM BALCONY. NICE AFRICAN ARTS AT LOBBY AND ENJOYED MY STAY.

They've got wonderful rooms

Cons:

Their receptionists are not honest and defensive. Their house keeping forgot to clean my room and confessed that to me. The guy at the reception tried to lie to me by saying they don't clean rooms after 13h00

Despite the slow internet I'll stay here again.
Pros:

It's a quiet place very well located within walking distance to business institutions, banks, ministries and Marginal with fantastic seafood restaurants. Next door at Maputo Mall there's a kind of food court with an excellent Turkish restaurant - Istanbul, among others. For UCL and other football leagues lovers there is a huge screen in the lobby with live broadcasting from Europe.

Cons:

Sometimes slow and not reliable internet. I needed that for work and quite often it drove me crazy. Extremely overpriced taxi provided in house. better use Yango or any other application.
