Pros:

The Portiers and security infront of the hotel were always friendly and very assisting. Pretty good location.

Cons:

The rooms looked very old and somewhat dirty, especially for a hotel rated 5 stars. Water was leaking from the shower every hour and the AC didn’t work properly. Room had a distinct smell as well. The cleaning lady entered the room after half a second of knocking and before it was even 9 am, she didn’t leave for like a minute just standing there and speaking. All in all pretty disappointing stay, according to our expectations.

Good location
Pros:

The property is in a good location, one block from the beach/ocean, close to the fortress and major sights, and restaurants. Our flight is delayed, and missed our connection to Maputo, so could not make it to the hotel on the first night we booked, and the hotel has kindly waived charges for that night.

Cons:

We booked a balcony room with a higher rate, but when we arrived, they did not give us the room we booked for the first night. Do not bother to book a balcony room with higher rate.

Pros:

Staff, location next to the mall, clean, balcony. Value for money is good. Breakfast also good.

Cons:

The wifi in specifically our room was not what i would expect. I could barely work on my laptop and could not use Microsoft teams or streaming. That would be my suggestion for improving the stay. Other than that all good.

Sehr zum empfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral. Ich habe kostenlos ein Zimmer Upgrade bekommen und dazu einen Late Check out. TOP

Cons:

Leider sehr langsames Wifi und es fällt regelmäßig aus.

Pros:

Pas grand chose. Certains couloirs sont bien decorés.

Cons:

Chambres tristes et mal décorées. Peu d’aménités pour un 5 étoiles. Par exemple, savon sous la douche mais rien si vous prenez la baignoire.

Petit déjeuner catastrophique: peu de choix, qualité mauvaise, service approximatif. Même l’étiquette décrivant les aliments est fausse dans un grand nombre de cas.

Pros:

Ristorante con ampia scelta, piatti buoni e servizio in camera. La hall si presenta bene

Cons:

Le camere non sono 5 stelle, la piscina estera non è utilizzabile. All’arrivo non trovavano la prenotazione. Alla reception non sempre parlano inglese. Pessimo wifi. Non fatevi chiamare un taxi perché usano dei loro driver (che non sanno dove andare) molto costosi

Great location and friendly staff with great food.
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location. The staff is very friendly. They offer a very nice breakfast, and their room service is good as well. Highly recommend the cheesecake.

Cons:

The room was not ready at check-in, and I was forced to wait several hours. The shower drain was nit working well so water would fill the bathroom.
