Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly.
And the place looks very nice and aesthetically pleasing.

Bien situé mais pas vraiment au niveau
Pros:

Établissement très bien situé entre le centre ville et le front de mer. C'est propre et calme. Les chambres et les balcons sont grands. Service de transfert avec l'aéroport efficace..

Cons:

Le restaurant est de médiocre qualité. L'eau de la piscine n'est pas chauffée donc elle est inutilisable à cette époque de l'année. Les appareils de la salle de sport sont mal entretenus. C'est cher pour un hôtel africain (plus de 100 euros le nuit).

A very pleasant experience. I would recommend the hotel to other guests.
Pros:

Very spacious room with good housekeeping. Good breakfast. Excellent staff support from check in to check out. Very good security.

Cons:

Dining in the restaurant the seafood platter was overcooked and dry and the meal was cold.

Pros:

The hotel lobby and hallways look like an art gallery! Beautiful sculptures and paintings create a very nice atmosphere. Good breakfast, staff very polite!

Bra boende i Maputo
Pros:

Bra läge, nära till bryggan där båtarna till Catembe och Inhaca gick. Snabb service då dörren gick i baklås och man fick byta kortläsare på dörren. Rejäl balkong. Bra service i baren. Promenadavstånd till centrum

Cons:

Poolen var bra men höga murar runt gjorde att det inte blev så många soltimmar.

Pros:

The Portiers and security infront of the hotel were always friendly and very assisting. Pretty good location.

Cons:

The rooms looked very old and somewhat dirty, especially for a hotel rated 5 stars. Water was leaking from the shower every hour and the AC didn’t work properly. Room had a distinct smell as well. The cleaning lady entered the room after half a second of knocking and before it was even 9 am, she didn’t leave for like a minute just standing there and speaking. All in all pretty disappointing stay, according to our expectations.
