Scam . Don't book it.
Pros:

It's a scam , agressive staff
Very helpful Booking.com assistance that helped me book another accommodation.

Cons:

Arrived at the location the guy tried to convince me to go to another location. I insisted to have wjat I booked. He told me there was no hot water available, and things like that to make me change mind but I insisted and he open the door and I saw that the accommodation was already occupied. He tried to sell me something else , i refused and he became agressive.i ask him to contact Booking.com and he refused. I asked for a refund, he first told me i hadn't paid yet ( untrue . I had to show him receipt). Then he said that i had to request a cancelation that he would accept. I did. And later saw that he refused it. Fortunately Booking.com assistance refunded me and helped me. They have a great customer service.

Pros:

The apartment we rented was very nice, in a central location, it was very large, 80 square meters in size, it met our air conditioning needs, we were very pleased with the price.

Extremely Bad Service
Cons:

We had a terrible experience with this property. We did not get the apartment we originally booked. Only 2 hours before arrival, they sent us a new location, but since we had already arrived in Istanbul and had no internet access, it was very difficult for us to find it. They placed us in a terrible apartment, completely different from what we reserved. They promised to move us the next morning, but we were only able to enter the new room at 2 PM.

The new room again did not have a kitchen, which was essential for us, did not have the number of rooms we had booked. The service was extremely unprofessional, slow, and irresponsible.

I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this hotel.

Pros:

Spacious

Cons:

Does not look like the pictures. Old mattresses, broken shower door, broken foot on fridge. Can’t use the kitchen as there’s no space to get to the stove

The bed was uncomfortable and nearly broken. The toilet was not functioning properly and had a bad odor. Not worth the money.

Pros:

Very good hotel. Abdulselam is very kind and attentive. He always listens. During our stay, we didn't lack for anything, and for every problem, he found a solution as quickly as possible. We highly recommend him.
