Super buena ubicación!! Adicionalmente, el hotel cuenta con servicio de lancha para llevarte y traerte de Flores cuando se requiera. El servicio del personal del hotel es muy bueno, todos son muy amables. También se pueden caminar senderos y hay una playa cerca. Hay mucho descanso y paz!!!
Las instalaciones tienen mucho potencial. Aunque mi habitación estuvo bien, quizá las zonas comunes podrían tener mejoras.
Very nice staff. Helpful in arranging transfers. Interesting location on the shore of Lake Petén. Restaurant on site. Monkeys and birds. Swimming in the Lake. Ten minute boat ride to Flores.
Lots of construction beginning early in the morning.
Not a lot to like really other than the view over the lake and the boat transfer back and forth. Tono, the boat driver, was great and available at all ours.

Hard bed so asked to move rooms which was allowed, thank goodness.
Ants running across the bed in both rooms.

Jacuzzi poor.
Decking dangerously poor, not even swept down, so extremely slippy.
Not sure if there was a restaurant as it seemed to be a reception area with the upstairs area closed off.
For the money paid this was very very poor and I'm surprised to think that booking.com allow it on their site.
So much potential as in a fabulous location but just absolutely nothing about it that we can say we enjoyed.
Regelen van tours was perfect evenals hoe je het bootje kon reserveren. Medewerkers waren aardig en kamer was perfect.
Onduidelijk hoe je naar de opgravingen om de hoek kan komen. Wordt ook niks over verteld. Het zwembad is wat oud en ligt niet in de zon. De openbare ruimte zouden wel wat opgeknapt kunnen worden.

Beautiful location, lush greenery and right on the water. Beautiful sunsets, comfortable beds and spacious rooms.
Our bathroom had an occasional really foul sewage smell. The shower water pressure was extremely low. Our towel rack in the bathroom broke off. These are small details, but they still contributed to our overall experience.

La tranquilidad del lugar y la atención del personal además de la limpieza.
Lugar muy tranquilo y perfecto para relajarse, con la ventaja de que está a 5 minutos en bote de la Isla de Flores y el hotel da el servicio de transporte gratuito. También tienen kayaks para explorar los alrededores del lago. La comida del restaurante muy buena.
Nos encantó el lugar donde se ubica, en una zona muy tranquila del lago con unas vistas espectaculares. Además cuentan con una zona de jardín muy tranquila en la que estuvimos toda una tarde relajandonos y viendo el atardecer, la verdad es que la zona es espectacular para quien se quiere relajar. La habitación también muy bonita con bañera que nos encantó. Nos ayudaron mucho con los transportes en lancha ya que se encuentra al otro lado de Flores y nos facilitaron el hecho de poder dejar las maletas.
En general, las otras zonas del hotel muestran cierta dejadez, se podrían tener mejor cuidadas y limpias para que todavía luciera más.

150 Q fee for the short boat Transfer outside business hours, there were lots of jet skis which made swimming not very safe at times

Room was spacious, clean and had everything you need.
The hotel itself is in a remote location reached by boat-where you pre book. It works.
The place is really relaxing ans has nice views.

Todo estaba muy limpio, el personal fue muy amable. La habitación estaba justo como se ven en las fotos. Te traen y te llevan del hotel a la lancha. Buena comida.
La piscina no hay tan buena iluminación, faltaban cositas como el gafete de "no molestar" pero no es algo que importe tanto. Ampliar un poco más el horario disponible de la lancha que te lleva a la isla.
El menú del restaurante debería ser un poco más amplio.

El personal muy bien, el lugar lindo rodeado de naturaleza y agua.
Las toallas eran horribles, de hecho deje la recondacion en recepción, ya que parecían mantas de mala calidad, no saecaban.
