Procedure check-in très compliquée surtout si vous avez réservé pour 2 chambres à des noms différents (amis) Aucun contact humain.
Tout se réalise via leur appli à obligatoirement installer sur votre gsm et ... qui ne fonctionne pas sur mon Samsung ... reste uniquement WhatsApp non evident pour obtenir les codes
Impossible d'accéder à la chambre avant 15h00 heure à laquelle l'ordinateur vous envoyen les codes d'accès sur votre gsm

Abgesehen vom komplizierten Check in eine super Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist modern, schön grosszügig. Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss ist super.

Cons:

Der Chech In ist etwas kompliziert, man muss eine App runterladen, mit AGB die keiner lesen kann weil sie so klein geschrieben sind, man erhält redelässige update E.mails mit immer den fast gleichen Informationen und wenn man bei Google Maps Gatto Bianco eingibt kommt eine andere Adresse um die Ecke. Ich bin ein Fan von Online Ceck in, hier ist die Erfahrung jedoch etwas kompliziert.
