Pros:

Well located, just a short walk from the city center. Our room had a glass wall, which I personally liked, we could lie in bed and enjoy a beautiful view of the street at night. The room was also surprisingly quiet for being on a busy street. The bed was big and comfortable, clean, the room temperature was just right, and it had all the amenities you'd want.

Cons:

Some information would have been great to have access to earlier through the app; once you get the access codes, you can check other several useful details there. Breakfast was decent but fairly standard. The fixed shower head had black spots on it, and storage was a bit limited as there was no proper closet, just a few hangers crammed against the wall. One thing to note: they have multiple locations under the same name, so it's easy to get confused about where to check in or find the breakfast room, but once you figure that out, everything runs smoothly.

Poor - rooms were dirty, no staff, no water in rooms, no place to even buy water and 100% digital which was complicated.
Pros:

Great location in central Bari but be warned parking is a nightmare and no parking at property

Cons:

No staff, no food, complicated digital entry system to access property and rooms. We thought this was a hotel as advertised but it's no more than a B&B and not a very good one.

Cons:

The bed linen and towels had old, indelible stains. There is no reception desk at the hotel to ask for replacements.
The shower and bathroom are separated.

Confort de la habitacion, pequeña pero lujosa, ubicacion muy comoda, no esta en pleno centro ni en el centro historico, pero estan a un par de cuadras.

Cons:

Medio complejo la forma de entrar, es con una app, y creo que depende de que tengas internet para que funcione, el primer ingreso por lo menos no fue lo mas comodo.

Very comfortable restful stay in a great location.
Pros:

Convenient Central Bari Murat location. Beautiful, quiet room with all amenities. And a great balcony. The soaking tub was amazing!

Dignified Air B&B, not a leisure hotel.

Overall upkeep and maintenance, very neat, clean and tidy. Compact, not spacious.. location was convenient

It's not a hotel and must not be sold or promoted as a hotel.
It's a dignified Air B&B
No reception or Front Desk, you need to use a code to enter the building and also for your room..
Doesn't give you feel of a holiday or a hotel. It's appropriate for business stays. We were asked to Download their App to online check-in and to receive the codes..
Just that it's not a type of stay or hotel I would want on my leisure holiday.
