Pros:

Хороший спа центр , бронировали номер не в выходной день- в спа кроме нас было ещё 2 человека , очень комфортно
Новые чистые номера, тихо, удобное расположение
Парковка бесплатная
Отличный вариант, если нужно ехать в аэропорт Белграда
Приедем снова

Cons:

В номере было очень жарко, хотя пытались поменять температуру, она все равно возвращалась к 25 градусам

Pros:

Hotel très bien équipé. Chambre spacieuse et lits très confortables.
Personnel de la réception agréable.

Cons:

Déception concernant le petit déjeuner en version "buffet" le week-end et servi à table en semaine.
Très peu de choix en version buffet.
Service à table en semaine, pas très agréable. Nous avons dû demander des verres pour l’eau au milieu du repas..demander plusieurs fois pour obtenir du pain..
Nous reviendrons volontiers mais sans l'option petit déjeuner ;)

Pros:

Staff was very welcoming, friendly and helping, food at the restaurant was delicious, the spa was small but yet quite good, nice atmosphere and modern interior.

Cons:

It was impossible to book massage in SPA either in advance or on the spot.

Pros:

The apartment was very spacious, clean, and beautifully styled. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and very cute spa and the massage was a true highlight.
The restourant is also amazing, wirh very professional stuff.

Cons:

Everything was great. The breakfast could be slightly more varied (more vaggie, better fruite choices), and I would prefer the saunas to be separate from the pool so guests can relax better, as there was quite a lot of noise coming from the pool area.

I really loved the design, everything felt modern, stylish, and thoughtfully done. It was great that everything was brand new and spotless.

Cons:

The spa area is beautiful. However, the main issue is its capacity. Since the spa is open all day and available to all guests without any time restrictions, it becomes extremely crowded. During our visit, we couldn’t find a place to sit and had to wait to use every facility, including the sauna and steam bath.

I would suggest that the hotel consider introducing a booking system with designated time slots, at least when the hotel reaches a certain level of occupancy. This would greatly improve the overall spa experience for guests.

Pros:

Понравилась общая концепция отеля - маленький, нет толп людей, все достаточно свободно и красиво. Понравились живые цветы на столиках и в лобби и дизайн интерьера, приятные номера Премиум. Рядом станция, расположение удобное.

Cons:

1. Очень неудобные подушки! Спать было тяжело.
2. Было очень неприятно сидеть в ресторане рядом с курящими столиками. Мужчины сидели курили сигары прям в ресторане несмотря на то, что рядом есть сигарная комната. Для некурящих и детей это крайне неприятно во время еды.
3. Мужу был мал халат. Не критично, но все же.
