Efendimiz asm'a çok yakın, Konum çok iyi, yemekler lezzetli, personel ilgili ve anlayışlı, teşekkürler hepsine

Cons:

Fiyatı biraz fazla, Türkçe bilen bir iki personel var onlar da çok yetersiz kalıyordu ama teknoloji ile anlaştık bizi etkilemedi bu sorun, rahatlıkla kalınabilir.

المكان نظيف جدا وقريب من الحرم .كل الشكر والتقدير للموظفين الاستقبال وأخص بالشكر الأستاذ جهاد كان جداااا متعاون ولطيف وخدوم كل الشكره له .وايضا الموظف أيمن متعاون جدا وكان حريص على خدمتنا .لان عندي الوالده ماكانت تمشي من ذوي الهمم وكان خدوم وحريص على راحتنا شكرا فندق فالي على الخدمه وعلى حرص الموظفين على النزلاء

Wonderfull stay !
Pros:

Everything was Perfect, the staff, the rooms, the confort, the food. The staff in the restaurant was exceptionnel. Mahmoud was very helpful and such kind ! I will defenitly come back there next time I travail to Madina.

Très bonne accueil, il nous a offert la plus grande chambre de l'hôtel ainsi le repas a la place du petit déjeuner.
Je recommande rapport qualité prix ainsi que l'emplacement et la propreté
