I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, respectful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism truly made a difference.

The open buffet was very good, offering a nice variety of fresh and well-prepared food.

The hotel’s location is excellent, very close to Al Haram, which made our visit convenient and comfortable.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Cons:

The only negative point was that the price was a bit expensive. However, considering the location and service quality, it may still be reasonable for many guests.

My stay was very short but I would like to come again.

Everything was perfect

Cons:

Nothing everything was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Specially Hellal in concierge department who took my bag and helped me so quickly. The Food & Beverage staff (in the restaurant) were extraordinary and friendly. The front office were very nice, friendly and polite.

This is a perfect place
Pros:

Both the location and the staff.thank you Parvaz md for the good service

Cons:

No coffee options for the breakfast. I ‘d strongly recommend the management to get a coffee machine for several selections.
