Pros:

A very comfortable stay with easy access to Haram. Rooms were clean and staff were very helpful especially Mr. Shamim. And the brother at the front desk.

Staff was very Nice. Specially Mr. Faras at reception was very kind, helpful and considerate.

Cons:

Parking fee SAR 5 per hour is just crazy.need to make free for guest coming on car. Breakfast could have been better

Great location right near Masjid an-Nabawi! The breakfast offers excellent value for the price, the room feels modern with a spacious shower, and the beds are incredibly large and comfortable.

few issues impacted our stay. Our room lacked a microwave, and the unreliable key cards kept deactivating, requiring multiple trips to the front desk. Additionally, parking was difficult and expensive; the hotel lot was completely full, and alternative options cost an unreasonable 5 SAR per hour (120 SAR daily

Pleasant Stay with Helpful Staff and Good Hospitality, but Rooms Could Be More Spacious

Our overall experience at Valley Al Madinah Hotel was pleasant. The hotel staff were friendly, cooperative, and helpful throughout our stay. Special appreciation goes to the housekeeping and cleaning staff, who were exceptionally polite, supportive, and always willing to assist. Their positive attitude and hospitality made our stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated the 50% discount offered on car parking, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, the service and hospitality were very good.

Cons:

The room was not spacious enough, particularly for a family with children. A slightly larger room or better space arrangement would have made the stay more comfortable. Apart from this, everything else was good, and we had no major complaints.
