Pros:

12 kişlilik bir grupla gittik. Hepimiz memnun kaldık. Personel güler yüzlüydü. Yemekleri güzeldi. Özbek ve Türk mutfağından güzel yemekler vardı.

Reception staff was rude. I booked Deluxe room. They gave me normal double room. Upon my protest, they change my room. Very unprofessional!

بشكل عام، كانت إقامتي في الفندق مريحة جدًا، وأود الإشادة بمستوى النظافة والموقع المميز لقربه من الحرم. كما أن جميع الموظفين كانوا محترمين ومتعاونين، وتعاملهم كان راقيًا وجيدًا طوال فترة الإقامة، وأخص بالشكر الموظف خيري على حسن تعامله واهتمامه وحرصه على خدمة النزلاء.

ولم أواجه أي مشاكل أو ملاحظات تُذكر خلال فترة إقامتي، وكانت الملاحظة الوحيدة هي أن الوسائد لم تكن مريحة للنوم. وأتمنى من إدارة الفندق الاهتمام بهذه النقطة وتوفير وسائد أكثر راحة للضيوف.

بشكل عام، كانت تجربة جيدة وأتمنى لكم دوام التوفيق والنجاح

Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic MāShāʾAllāh. Location good for men to pray in the masjid, for ladies not so much. Easily a 20 minute walk to ladies side for prayer.

Cons:

I got lost a lot trying to get back to the hotel. Its very similar to View al Madinah and I kept getting confused, but thats on my part. Everything else was perfect.
