Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at valy hotel and were really satisfied with the overall experience. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Mr Taariq ul islam in the restaurant for his professionalism and excellent service throughout our stay. He truly made our experience even more enjoyable. Very clean rooms. Good location . 5 mins walk to masjid an nabawi.Highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely come back again!. Big thanks from Mauritius.

Fantastic place
Pros:

Breakfast was good, pancakes and fried eggs stand available.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about the hotel was the room service wasn’t done every day even if you ask the cleaner to do so, he will usually ask to replenish your room essentials like fill up the tea tray and toilet tray, tissue and the rest. But cleaning is every other day not a daily affair.
