Un peu de tout

On est arrivés 2h avant l'heure d'accès j'étais avec des enfants dont un bébé de 9 mois et mon mari étais malade j'ai a peine supplier l'agent d'accueil pour nous donner notre chambre le plutôt possible et il voulait rien savoir je comprends que ce n'était pas encore l'heure mais j'ai fait appel à son côté humain et j'étais prête même à payer les 2h le Mr étais aigris et voulait rien savoir il m'a dit au début d'accord dans 30 min ensuite je suis partie le voir et là il voulait même plus me regarder il m'a dit l'heure c'est l'heure vous pouvez imaginer après un voyage de 8h un peu près avec les enfants et un mari malade comment on peut être et qu'on nous reçoit de cette façon c'est dommage ça donne plus envie d'y aller là-bas par contre les autres collègues qu'on a eu les autres jours ils étaient sympa ainsi que leurs agent d'entretien et bagage

Great value for money, amazing hotel.
Pros:

I liked the stay for various reasons, first because the staff is very polite, friendly and extremely helpful.
Shoutout to the receptionist “Naif Al Mutairi” for his amazing service and professionalism for all guests.
As for the room, it was clean and spacious and it had all the necessary facilities, I didn’t have an issue with the housekeeping staff or anything.
I visited the restaurant for dinner, I really enjoyed it there because of how amazing the staff were, especially the staff member “Firoz” for his great hospitality and service.
Overall the hotel is really great and it has a wonderful staff as well as clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms.
Overall rating: 9/10

Cons:

I would’ve loved if the hotel had a mosque view, as all rooms were facing south, the food at the restaurant downstairs were mid “الحمدلله على كل النعم” but it was not very tasty.
On the second day of our stay I heard a lot of noise coming from the other rooms, I think it was coming from construction workers, it didn’t stay long but it was very noisy.
