Pros:

Tragedia, żenada, porażka, o godz. 18 zostaliśmy bez noclegu pomimo potwierdzenia w booking.
Smiech 2 Młodych Mężczyzn z sytuacji był czymś co jeszcze bardziej wywoływało frustracje.

Cons:

BE AWARE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!

Cons:

We had booked a room at this hotel through Booking.com. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception. After waiting and asking around for 15 minutes, someone finally showed up. The receptionist was super rude, unprofessional, unkempt, and just plain obnoxious. The moment he saw we were foreigners, he said, "We don't accept bookings from Booking.com! They don't pay us!"
We were like, "What do you mean? Don't you have access to Booking.com? Don't you manage it yourselves?" And to our surprise, he said no!
Anyway, we asked, "So, what's the solution?" He said we had to get our money back from the website and pay directly there. Never mind that the Booking.com reservation was non-refundable. We still agreed to pay directly and then dispute it with Booking.com later to get our money back from them, which still didn't happen and Booking.com turned to be unresponsive so far.
That wasn't the whole story, though.
The amount he asked for the same suite was double what we had paid on the website, and more than the price of the best hotel in town! When we said we'd pay the same amount as on the website, he refused and didn't give us a room, so we had to go to another hotel. This entire conversation was aggressive and demanding from the staff member.
We're glad we're at another hotel now where they treat us with respect.
If your time and sanity matter to you, stay away from this hotel.
