Vom mai reveni la dumneavoastră.
Pros:

Micul dejun a fost diversificat, cu multe opțiuni și proaspăt. Personalul a fost drăguț, sala destul de lejeră, fara aglomeratie iar cafeaua a fost excelentă. Poate ca ar fi indicat la la cina sa puneti si ceva de baut, apa sau suc. Nu cred ca sărăcește hotelul daca se pun aceste produse pe masa, noi am cumparat,m dar ptr o gazduire exeplara, nu cred ca ar fi fost o problema ca apa sa existe pe masa oaspetilor si la cine.

Cons:

Am facut comanda conform ofertei de la bar, pe doua zile, dupa ora 16.00 unde se specifica faptul că se ofera la un meniu burger sau pizza căte o bere din partea casei. Am facut doua zile comanda dupa ora 16.00 dar nu am beneficiat de acea oferta si nici nu am intrebat.

Hotel was ok but very disappointed by an extremely rude hotel staffer at reception

Hotel was fine but unfortunately we were “welcomed” by possibly the grumpiest and rudest lady at reception we have ever come across.

I defenetly suggest to book your stay in this hotel.
Pros:

The appartment was very confortable and clean. It is situated close to the Gondola and shops.

Cons:

The view from our bedroom was amazing. The pool was nice and warm. Very good breakfast.

Locația OK,mâncarea gustoasă,cald în cameră.

Cons:

Curățenia din hotel lasă de dorit(ex.lifturi murdare,mochete pe hol neaspirate,etc). Ar trebui mai multă atenție peste tot. Într-un sejur de 1 săptămână nu s-a aspirat deloc în camera,doar schimbau prosoapele.

The hotel met every need!
Pros:

Good food variety on a half-board stay. Spa and pool facilities were well looked after and a pleasure to use. Both bars were very cosy and the staff were lovely to speak with. Very easy to book appointments at the spa and had great availability. If you are skiing or snowboarding, the hotel allows you to rent equipment on-site. The staff member Nicky was a star and very supportive in getting us the right equipment. A shuttle was available to get you to the gondola station and back each day- free of charge, and only an 8 minute journey. Not to mention, the view from the balcony of our studio was gorgeous.
A very comfortable stay and would return!

Cons:

The only thing that could have been improved slightly was the comfort of the bed. Apart form that, nothing!
