Buen hotel en Dakhla
Pros:

La amabilidad del recepcionista Moubaraek. Me gustó la suite, es amplia y bonita.

Cons:

La habitación estándar está pensada para una sola persona. Habitación y baño muy pequeña. Si sois pareja, mejor pedir dos camas.

You don't get what you book and expect!!!!!!!!

This accommodation is in a reasonably good location

Cons:

We booked this hotel MANY months ago. Back in August I contacted the hotel to check there was a balcony. They confirmed in writing YES there is a balcony with table and chairs. The issue is once you book with Booking.com they are on the side of the accommodation as they will be paying the 15% minimum fee. Not only was the balcony important for our 5 night stay over the New Year but also a sea view not the building site with NO GARDEN OR SEA view. Basically on checking in and finding that this hotel DOES NOT HAVE ANY rooms with balconies, the answer from the junior staff was "there nothing we can do". I asked to speak to a manager NONE was available. We never got the promised kettle or the opportunity to speak to the manager. The advertised private parking is just public parking on a dark back road. No security or promised private parking. We did look (after arriving and having all these issues) at other accommodation but the prices were so much higher than when we booked. So if you do not want to be sold a hotel room that will be very different than what you originally booked then DO NOT BOOK this hotel as THEY DO NOT CARE and the SAME goes for BOOKING.COM. We book over 80 nights a year with Booking.com but not anymore. We have not heard from Booking for 5 days. I have over 450,000 views now on other platforms (just seen a few minutes ago) and we are SO disappointed and fed up with the complete lack of support from Booking. I am sure this will NOT be put on their site as it is major criticism to which I have still not had a reply, but no problem I am putting this on numerous other social media sites due to the lack of response.

The Timazin is modern and clean. My room was spacious, light and extremely comfortable. It was easy to walk into the center of the town.
