Schöner Strand, tolles Meer, super Frühstück!
Pros:

Schöne Frühstücksterasse mit tollem Ausblick, tolles Frühstück, sehr abwechslungsreich, nettes Personal

Cons:

Sehr viele Stufen zum Strand, die Terrasse des Zimmers hatte leider nicht die schöne Aussicht, wie auf den Bildern u viele Balkone im Rücken, leider gibt es den Pool nicht mehr

Personāls bija jauks. Pludmale tuvu.

Cons:

Brokastu izvēle ļoti maza. Numuriņš jau bija nolietots . Uz dušas flīzēm bija pleķi . Dīvāns jau diezgan izgulēts. Un gultas matrači ļoti cieti. Terase varēja būt atvērta ilgāk vakarā un piedāvāt kādus kokteiļus. Nevis tikai liķieri .

Stunning location with exceptional family run service
Pros:

Fantastic stay. What a beautiful property. Such friendly hosts who couldn’t do enough for guests. Any request was immediately dealt with. The view from restaurant and our balcony was simply stunning. Short walk down to a beautiful beach. Milena gave us a great welcome and checked us in. Magdalena prepared an amazing breakfast every morning, and made us delicious coffee. Plenty of fresh fruit, different breads every day, eggs, pastries, cheese etc. She was so friendly and helpful. Marija looked after the rooms and we enjoyed the chats with her. Any request for the room was immediately dealt with e.g. fresh towels, sun loungers for balcony etc. Stobrec a great location-not far by taxi to split. We booked a boat tour which picked us up from stobrec marina which was so convenient. Good restaurants, bars and supeermarkets within a very short walk from property. Taxi transfers were organised for us by hotel owners. Beds very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht im Ark Beach Apartment. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Sehr höflicher Empfang. Schöner Parkplatz, direkt vorm Apartment. Das Studio sauber mit tollem Meerblick. Man ist nur ein paar Stufen vom Meer/Beach entfernt. Das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Все сподобалось окрім ціни :) Трішки задорого.
Pros:

Чисто, спокійно, оформлено зі смаком, поряд пляж, чисте море. В нас був номер з балкончиком і видом на море,. Смачний сніданок по принципу шведського столу теж з класним видом на море, свій двір з паркінгом. Дуже привітні власники, до яких хочеться приїхати ще :)

Cons:

Пляж насипний камінням і трохи завузький і тому людний.
Колись в дворі був басейн, але зараз недіючий, але про це попередили, він би не завадив :)

El alojamiento era muy acogedor, limpio y cómodo. El aparcamiento destinado al alojamiento es todo un acierto que da mucha comodidad. El desayuno estaba bien, aunque echamos de menos un tostador. La anfitriona fue muy agradable y nos informó de todo estupendamente.

Cons:

Casi nada. Hubo un pequeño problema con el WiFi que la anfitriona solucionó rápidamente, por lo que es más un aspecto positivo. Lo que si vemos necesario es que a la llegada se pueda pagar con tarjeta. Nos informaron de que tenia que ser en efectivo y nos obligó a sacar dinero en el cajero, aunque la anfitriona nos dio la facilidad de pagarlo al dia siguiente. Así que recomendamos el alojamiento. Es estupendo.

Комфортные, уютные и чистые апартаменты
Pros:

Великолепный отель! Шикарный вид на море с апартаментов, отличный завтрак на террасе с видом на море. В первый день в номере нас ожидал приятный комплимент в виде бутылки отличного белого вина. Очень приветливые хозяева, всегда стараются максимально угодить. Мария и ее сестра создают максимальный комфорт. А вечерами на террасе угощают вкусным ореховым ликёром и подают его с различными орешками. В апартаментах, на кухне есть все, что необходимо для приятного отдыха. Пляж в 5 минутах, чистый, море неповторимо красивое! Ухоженная территория отеля, на которой серый хозяйский кот Лери чувствует себя настоящим хозяином! В последний день нам также сделали подарок в виде коробки национальных хорватских сладостей и мешочка ароматной лаванды. Приятно, хозяева молодцы! Все очень мило и хочется вернуться!

Все отлично! Может когда-нибудь появиться возможность вернуть бассейн.

Pros:

침실과 주방이 함께 있는 스튜디오형태의 숙소로 마트에서 장을 봐서 요리를 해먹는데 불편함이 없을 정도로 좋았다. 티본스테이크를 오븐에 구워서 맛난 화이트와인과 함께 저녁을 즐길 수 있었다.
이른 아침 섬보트투어로 아침식사를 못해서 런치박스를 만들어주는 친절함에 감사~~
조식부페가 있는 3층 은 전망과 맛난 커피로 행복했다.

Cons:

지하에 위치해서 전망이 없는점과 현금 또는 계좌이체로 지불하는 점이 아쉬웠다.

Tolles Frühstück - mittelmäßiges Zimmer
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut. Es gibt eine kleine aber feine Auswahl an allem, was zu einem leckeren Frühstück gehört und es ist alles sehr hygienisch und sauber. Auch das Zimmer & Handtücher waren sauber.

Cons:

Die Zimmer werden während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Unser Zweibettzimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch - vermutlich wurde in diesem Zimmer früher viel geraucht. Aus diesem Grund standen wahrscheinlich auch mehrere Duftspender im Raum. Die Klospülung ist sehr schwach - nicht geeignet für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt.

Es gibt nicht wirklich eine Rezeption oder Check-in-Schalter, wenn man Glück hat trifft man die Appartementbesitzerin vor der Türe. Sollte alles besser beschriftet sein. Im Eingangsbereich steht eine Tafel, wo zu einem Happy-Hour-Drink auf der Dachterrasse eingeladen wird - die Tafel wurde anscheinend nicht aktualisiert, wir standen jeden Tag vor verschlossenen Türen im obersten Stock.

La vue depuis la terrasse.

Cons:

Le fait d'apprendre sur place qu'il faut régler par virement sur un compte domicilié en Belgique ou cash. impossible de payer par CB.
A savoir que la piscine a été totalement recouverte de terre alors qu'elle apparaît toujours en ligne et dans le descriptif de l'établissement.
Éberlué d'apprendre que nous devons payer 20€ pour accéder à la salle de remise en forme ( mentionné nul part dans le descriptif)

Cons:

Impossibilité d’avoir un appartement studio (ce que nous avions réservé) avec un nourrisson de moins d’un an. Sur place, obligés d’être surclassé dans un T2 avec un coût supplémentaire de 60€ pour la nuit pour avoir un lit parapluie pour notre bébé. Encore heureux qu’ils avaient de la disponibilité sinon je ne sais pas comment nous aurions fait.

Pros:

Velmi dobré snídaně s krásným výhledem na moře, příjemný a vstřícný personál, možnost parkování u apartmánového domu, na pláž cca 5 min. po schodech. V noci tichá lokalita. Pekárna a obchod cca 500 m. Vybavení apartmánu.

Cons:

Jedině jsme na apartmánu postrádali varnou konvici.

Es war alles ok.
Pros:

Lage direkt am Meer und nicht weit von einigen Restaurants und Supermarkt. Sehr Nette Betreiberin. Sonnenschirm leihweise vorhanden.

Cons:

Der Badestrand ist sehr voll zur Urlaubszeit und der Weg egal wohin verläuft immer auf der Straße, kein Fußweg.

Pros:

Amazing view from the roof top where we ate a good breakfast and tried a homemade walnut liquor in the evening. Very clean, lovely attentive hosts. Easy walk down steps to beach which was great for swimming. Quick walk to shops and restaurants.

Sehr ansprechende Unterkunft
Pros:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war völlig in Ordnung und alles war sehr sauber. Die gebuchte Kategorie stimmte mit den Fotos überein. Das Appartmenthaus hat einen Lift und das Frühstück findet an super Lage im 3. Stock mit Meerblick statt. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und das Check-in und Check-out hat bestens geklappt. Der Strand unterhalb des Hotels ist ein Kieselstrand und er ist öffentlich.
