Pros:

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die auch ausgebildete Führer sind. Führung war super. Individuell an uns angepasst.

Das Essen und Trinken in Rennys Bar am Strand war sehr lecker! ( Eher etwas teurer als die Warungs rundherum, dafür auch abwechslungsreich).

War einfach schön die Tage dort!

Cons:

Die Adresse stimmt nicht mit der der Grabfahrermap überein. Googlemaps stimmt.

Les hôtes sont adorables !
Nous avons eu un problème avec la porte d’entrée et tout a été réglé au plus vite. Le chambre est confortable et bien localisée.

All in all a great and personal experience in a locally run homestay
Pros:

Our stay at Renny's was really good. We were personally welcomed by Renny with a nice drink and a pleasant talk. Our tour in Tangkoko from 4.30 AM to 11 AM was incredible and satisfied us completely.

The neighbours were playing extremely loud music and the hosts personally talked with them to lower it for us which was great and fixed the issue.

Cons:

Though outside of the owners' control, the entire village is very loud. Music is played at obscene levels. The hosts did fix it relatively quickly for us though

Wer nach Tangkoko möchte, sollte hier einkehren
Pros:

Die Menschen waren super lieb. Trotz Stromausfall am 2. Tag wurden wir bestens versorgt. Terrasse war super zum Chillen. Frühstück mehr als ausreichend und super lecker. Restaurant am Strand ist zu empfehlen.

Fantastisch und sehr herzlich!
Pros:

Eine meiner TOP-4-Unterkünfte in Indonesien – und ich habe insgesamt 15 gesehen! Eine so herzliche Familie, die jederzeit zu Hilfe kommt, wenn man etwas braucht. Alle sprechen sehr gut Englisch, selbst die kleine Tochter, und unterhalten sich gerne bzw. erzählen etwas über ihre Kultur und Natur. Renny, die Großmutter, nach der die Unterkunft benannt ist, ist die beste Guide, die wir erlebt haben – sie findet mit viel Ruhe und Geduld jedes Tier und ist unglaublich erfahren! Mit kleinen Tieren im Zimmer (Geckos, Frösche etc.) muss man – wie überall in Indonesien – rechnen. Aber Geckos bringen Glück, insofern freut Euch, wenn Ihr welche an der Wand entdeckt :) Dafür kann man von der Terrasse oder aus dem Panoramafenster des „Doppelzimmer mit Patio“ (dieses ist ca. 200m entfernt von den anderen Zimmern an derselben Straße) und auch von der Terrasse der anderen Zimmer jederzeit das Leben im Dschungel mit schwarzen Makaken etc. beobachten. Luxus pur!

Buon alloggio in una posizione molto comoda per le gite nella foresta. Siamo stati accolti con simpatia e disponibilità. Il warung sulla spiaggia offre buon cibo e una atmosfera molto gradevole. Nel complesso è stata una esperienza molto bella.

Ino was an amazing host and guide. He made sure that we felt very welcomed. The homestay was very clean, comfortable, and close to everything, especially the park entrance. His beachside warung is a great place to hang while enjoying the sea breeze (and try his signature Tarantula Cocktail). During the hike to the park, he made sure that we ticked all the animals that we had to see. He was very knowledgeable and ensured that we didn't disrupt the animals. Overall, a must stay in Tangkoko.

Tolle und gemütliche Unterkuft, welche von sehr freundlichen Menschen geführt wird.
Pros:

Toll war die eigene Terrasse vor dem Zimmer und das Zimmer, Bad waren groß und sauber.
Die Lage zum Nationalpark ist unschlagbar und man ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zum Strand gelaufen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sympathisch.
Eno hat die Tour durch den Nationalpark geführt und wir waren begeistert. Er hat uns alle Tiere zeigen können und war so bestrebt. Ein sehr freundlicher Mensch.
Jeden Morgen gab es Frühstück, das variierte von Tag zu Tag und war mehr als nur genug. Große Portionen. Einen Wasserspender gibt es ebenfalls in der Unterkunft.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist mehr als fair.
Wir können einen Aufenthalt dort nur empfehlen.

It's called Safety Stop because they thought Bunaken divers would come on their last day before being allowed to fly home
Everyone on the team is incredibly helpful and friendly.
Enos animal spotting was incredible.
Enos niece invited me to her mother's birthday party
Their driver offered to wait and drive me to the mall after I arrived back at the manado hotel

Cons:

I liked everything but there were many cheaper homestays if you're on a budget
Also note that the original homestay only has one room and you may stay with Renny's sister down the road - but she is lovely also

Pros:

Our stay was just a dream!
The room had a big window so that you can watch direct on a little river an the beginning of the jungle.
If you are lucky you can see the monkeys from inside the room. The bathroom is superb! Didn't expect that quality at all. The warung connected to rennys is 500meters down the road on the beach. Food there is very good.
Our visit was the second time in tangoko.
But it was the best tour through the jungle we ever had.

Very lovely people all around Rennys team. From taxi driver, over cook to the boss.
We totally can recommend staying there and booking jungle tours there.
