Cons:

Dusche ging nicht, war nur am Tropfen und eiskalt aber kein strahl kam raus nur eine Handvoll Tropfen
Bei der Toilette war der Abzieher einfach raus und man musste mit der Hand rein greifen zum abspülen

Ans Telefon geht dort auch niemand als ich mich beschweren wollte und eine Rückmeldung auf Nachrichten kommt auch nicht .
Für den Preis unverschämt.

Keine Kulanzregelung bei angezeigtem Mangel

Das Zimmer ist schön. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider hatte ich kein warmes Wasser und trotz Reklamation direkt am ersten Tag passierte nichts. Auch nach meiner zweiten Bitte erfolgte keine Behebung des Mangels. Ich konnte also während meines Aufenthaltes nicht duschen.
Schließlich bat ich um einen Erlass vom Mietpreis in Höhe von 30 € für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten. Darauf wurde auch nach einer zweiten Rückfrage nicht reagiert. Das Verhalten finde ich nicht korrekt und bin enttäuscht. Das hatte ich nicht erwartet. Ein weiteres Mal werde ich dort nicht buchen.

Pros:

Chambres 201 202 203 climatisation défectueuse. Chambre 203 interrupteur de volet dénudé et sorti du mur il manquait une porte à la douche et là porte d'armoire posée contre le mur à côté du lit.
