Luxe Hotel Blackpool

Where do I start there was a leek in the celine it really smelt of urine called the number to report it and he said he will send someone out to fix it and he didn't not in pressed at all

The, room had a funny smell and, the water wouldn't drain and looked like it was blocked in the shower it was quiet cold as, it was cold windy night and I couldn't put any heating.on

The smell of damp was too much
Bed linen dirty
Could not get into the hotel for a while because they gave us the wrong

No instructions how to get into property i had call to be sent a text message with them
Damp on ceiling
No blinds in bedroom text saying builder coming 10pm no blinds and no choice but to stay aa had a toddler
Windows look like they going fall out
Freezing cold
Smelt like a damp dog
Felt really unsecure as front 2 doors just left no staff
Bathroom filthy
MDF under mattress
Mattress had questionable stains
Worse hotel ever

Nobody about ie staff reception

The bed, the smell, the general appearance of the hotel was very unappealing. Somebody hammered on the front door at midnight demanding to be let in. Had to call the owner because the manager wasn't there.

Rooms were decent and some reviews are harsh,
Yes it does smell damp,
Yes there is noise,
My issue was that there was no blind in one part of the bay window,
And the other blinds fell down aswell,
We went and brought some bedding to hang up at a blind/curtain,
These are basics of every hotel and for this reason,
I’m disappointed,
They also provide a kettle to use,
But in a sink which doesn’t fit a kettle,
So u have to keep filling this up with an empty cup,
My daughters room also had a hole in the floor in her bathroom next to the sink with vinyl poorly fitted aswell

Hotel room was dirty, missing a blind in the bedroom so very hard to sleep. drink stains on the table, dirty un hoovered carpet, £140 for the room for one night and booked for 2 adults 2 kids and only given 1 towel and 1 hand towel. No explanation on booking of even how to get into the hotel as there’s a code. No code to get in on email confirmation? So had to find a number on Google to call someone who then said we had to be sent across the code by text, where was this information on booking?
Windows were filthy and only single glazed so you could hear every passing by and every conversation on the street.
Coffee machine but no coffee provided to have one. for the price we paid a little add on like that is minimal customer service and expectations. Couldn’t get ‘boss lady’s’ attention, tried knocking on her door a few times to raise our upsets and no answer.
