Pros:

Riad de charme très près du centre. Situé dans une petite ruelle, il bénéficie d'une ambiance calme.
Ayoub est un hôte à l'écoute et disponible. Les taxis ne pouvant accéder aux ruelles étroites, il nous a accompagnés à chaque fois jusqu'à la petite place où ils étaient stationnés.
Lit ferme, spacieux et très confortable.
Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux, préparé avec soin. Djamilla est une excellente cuisinière.
Endroit parfait pour visiter Marrakech

Cons:

Quelques ajustements s'imposent, dont nous avons discuté avec Ayoub. Il ne s'agit pas de pénaliser l'établissement, mais il nous semble important de donner tous les éléments qui nous semblent importants à connaître. Chambre qui ne possède aucun espace de rangement, pas un problème pour un petit séjour. Odeur d'égout et d'humidité constante . Il faut bien aérer mais pas facile lorsque les températures sont fraîches. Le rooftop situé juste au dessus devra être équipé d'un sol isolant. Le déplacement des chaises en métal fait un bruit très désagréable. Enfin, nous vous deconseillons la demi pension. La différence de prix n'est pas justifiée: Le repas du soir ne consiste qu'en un plat unique, certes délicieux mais parfois un peu juste ( une simple pastilla par exemple). Nous ne doutons pas que des améliorations seront apportées par cette équipe pleine de bonne volonté

Superbe Riad
Pros:

Ayoub est un hôte de qualité. L’accueil est vraiment digne des plus grands établissements marocains. Le lieu quant à lui est magique et au bon endroit. La connexion wifi est top et le petit-déjeuner, efficace.
Nous aurions aimé rester une nuit de plus…

Pros:

Camera accogliente, pulita, colazione e cena a dir poco eccezionale. Ottima posizione, l'ambiente è davvero accogliente ed amichevole. Mi sono sentita a casa e posso dire che una parte del mio cuore l'ho lasciata lì.

Pros:

Ayoub mus sutiko maloniai. Palydėjo iki taxi išvykstant, davė vaistų sunegalavus.Tačiau šeimininko paslaugumas ir pastangos buvo bene vienintelis teigiamas viešnagės dalykas. Taip pat buvo įskaičiuotas tikrai puikus masažas - masažuotoja atvyko tiesiai į kambarį.

Cons:

Visų pirma mus atvedė į kitą kambarį. Buvome užsakę ištaigingą numerį,tačiau gavome kitą,visai mažyti,kur nėra net kaip atsidaryti lagaminų. Šeimininkas bandė kažką aiškinti apie kažkieno klaidą ir pasakė,jog mums bus kompensuota. Kitą dieną jis mums užleido savo kambarį,kuris buvo kiek didesnis,tačiau vis tiek neatitiko mūsų užsakytojo aprašymo. Šis kambarys buvo labai drėgnas, pilnas pelėsio, nuo lubų nuolat byrėjo tinkas. Aš prašiau,kad sutartume iškart dėl kainos,nes aplinkybės mūsų netenkino. Tačiau tiksli suma vis tiek nebuvo įvardinta. Galiausuai išsiregistruojant šeimininkas pasakė,jog kompensuos 10€ už naktį, kas mane visiškai pribloškė. Šiaip ne taip pavyko išsiderėti didesnę kompensaciją. Tačiau tai tikrai nebuvo verta už tokią viešnagę. Į kainą buvo įskaičiuoti pusryčiai ir vakarienė. Pirmą rytą paprašėme paruošti pusryčius išsinešimui,kadangi vykome į ekskursiją. Šeimininkas pažadėjo palikti mums pusryčius virtuvėje, tačiau ryte nieko neradome. Vakarienės taip pat jūs negalėsite pasirinkti, valgysite tai,ką jums paruoš ir laiką derinsitės prie šeimininkų. Žodžiu, tai nebuvo tai,ko ieškojau,kai rinkausi riadą,kadangi turėjau ypatingą progą. Viešnagė buvo nuvilianti, sugadinta. Labai atvirai,Ayoub - Jūs turite labai objektyviai įvertinti savo galimybes ir teikiamas paslaugas, nes jos neatitinka sumos,kurios prašote už viešnagę.

Très bonne adresse
Pros:

Petit Riad bien placé au cœur de la Médina, près de la Medersa Ben Youssef. Excellent petit déjeuner où tout est frais et préparé sur le moment. Personnel jeune, très gentil et serviable. En demi-pension, repas du soir excellents. Petite terrasse sur le toit pour détente ou repas.

Friendly host, but unbearable sewage smell
Cons:

The host was very friendly and the room appeared to be clean, but unfortunately, we did not have a pleasant experience. The lighting in the room is quite poor, not as bright as it looks in the photos.

However, the biggest issue was the unbearable sewage smell. The bathroom does not have a door, only a curtain, which made things worse. The smell became much more intense during the night, making it very difficult to stay there. Despite the nice host, the strong odor ruined our stay.

Riad perfetto nel centro di Marrakesh

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido riad per due notti e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. I gestori sono estremamente accoglienti, disponibili e attentissimi a ogni necessità, facendoci sentire coccolati fin dal primo momento.

Abbiamo scelto di cenare in riad entrambe le sere e il cibo marocchino è stato ottimo, preparato con grande cura. Un ringraziamento speciale per la sera del 31 dicembre: nonostante il nostro arrivo tardivo, ci hanno aspettato fino a mezzanotte per la cena e ci hanno anche permesso di brindare con una bottiglia portata da noi, gesto non scontato e molto apprezzato.

La camera era molto spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Avevamo incluso nella prenotazione anche il transfer da e per l’aeroporto: l’organizzazione è stata impeccabile. L’auto ci ha lasciato nel punto più vicino possibile (le stradine sono molto strette) e lì ci aspettavano per accompagnarci fino al riad.

Abbiamo inoltre usufruito del massaggio, davvero molto rilassante. Nonostante avessimo cambiato più volte l’orario, i gestori sono riusciti comunque a organizzarlo, facendo venire una massaggiatrice direttamente in camera: un servizio eccellente e grande flessibilità.

La posizione è molto comoda, perfetta per raggiungere a piedi la piazza centrale. Consigliatissimo!

Pros:

The hosts were excellent and very helpful! Tasty breakfast with local specialities. I also had a lovely relaxing massage at the riad, set up in my room.

Cons:

The place felt a little run down and unclean - there were some hairs in my bed and the blanket had brown stains, and mould on the wall in the bathroom.
