קרוב למקדש הזהב. איש הקבלה נחמד ואדיב

Cons:

החדר מאד בסיסי. לא היו מים חמים במקלחת אלא רק בברז תחתון. מי שרוצה חמים, מתקלח בדלי. באחד החדרים המקלחת בכלל לא עבדה. טלויזיות לא עבדו. נאלצו לקצר שהות וחייבו אותנו על הכל.

While the property was a budget one it was well maintained and near to most sight seeing places. The staff was very courteous and helpful and even assisted us to arrange cabs for our sight seeing which reduced our load.

The hotel location, staff and cleanliness were up to my expectation.
Pros:

This is a new hotel, only 5 min walking distance from the Golden Temple. Location wise its really good. The staff behavior, Room quality and cleanliness were as per my expectation. The Wifi facility was also there and it was working fine.
Ujjwal Joshi ji is a very humble and nice person. He personally looked after our needs. He even suggested for better shopping experience.

Cons:

There is nothing as such of the hotel to dislike. Only thing was the lane where the Hotel is. The lane had few dog poop. Considering the old city location, I feel this is something we Indians are used to.
