Ghi trong mail là 12h trưa có thể nhận phòng nhưng khi đến nơi thì nói qua 13h mới được nhận. Chất lượng phòng ở mức trung bình, khi check in nhận phòng tôi vào phòng tắm thì thấy sàn nhà và gương trong tình trạng ẩm ướt hình như là nhân viên dọn phòng dọn qua loa không gạt nước trên sàn và lau gương. Nhân viên thái độ không thân thiện.

Le menage n’est pas fait, sale. Le lit tres dur, accueil tres moyen.

Cơ sở vật chất cũ, rèm hư ko sửa nên ko kéo kín được, ngủ sáng choang rất khó chịu, nhất là khi mình có con nhỏ nên em bé rất khó vào giấc vì quá sáng. Dọn vệ sinh ko sạch, nếu ai kỹ sẽ rất khó chịu. Dây sen tắm bị hư, cây sen bị hỏng ko gác tay sen được. Nói chung tắm tạm thôi chứ cây sen tắm nhìn chung hỏng rồi.
