First and foremost, what is sold here is a truly stunning 180-degree view. If you have binoculars, you will even be able to spot the island of Corfu. Additionally, a peaceful atmosphere prevails at this hotel and the neighboring ones, so there is no loud music in the evening, allowing you to relax and unwind while gazing at the evening sea and mountains. Every evening and night, you can watch the moonlit path across the water, and every morning, you can observe the sun emerging from behind the mountains. Nearby, almost right beneath the hotel's balconies, there is a lovely, uncrowded beach with a great entry into the sea. Getting back to the hotel from the beach can be tough due to the steep stairs. However, if you are in no rush at all, this path will not ruin your mood. For the more physically active and curious, there are larger beaches in Qeparo and Borsh, which are a little over 500 and 1,000 meters away via footpaths. In hot weather, it can be a bit challenging, but a bottle of cold water comes to the rescue. Breakfast at the hotel will be provided by the polite hosts, and for something more substantial for lunch and dinner, you will find options in the surrounding restaurants. There are enough of them here to visit a different one every day (though a car will sometimes be needed).

Le prix exorbitant de la location , faire très attention a ce que la propriétaire( très souriante par ailleurs)vous propose au menu du soir car elle vous vend ce qu'elle a de plus cher, le petit déjeuner est une véritable escroquerie, deux simples crêpes et un café a 5 euros...la chambre qui se veut être un studio est très mal équipée, pas de frigo, pas de vaisselle etc etc..tout ça pour vous obliger a aller manger au restaurant dans lequel il n'y a même pas de menu..bref une escroquerie estivale comme on en rencontrent pas véritablement en Albanie ..mais là ? ! Très mauvaise expérience ..je ne recommande absolument pas...

Cons:

Very disappointing stay and definitely not worth the money. We booked this hotel for two nights but ended up staying only one night because of the condition of the room. The bathroom had visible mould, the cooker had been removed, and overall the room was not as clean as we expected. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard.

Poor experience, not worth your money

Location was fine.

Cons:

There was a foul smell throughout, both around the property and in the rooms. We did not unpack to avoid getting the smell on our clothes. The rooms were subpar and there was no running water in the morning of our second day. The lady at the reception was a bit rude and she did not even say "thank you" when we left. We did have access to the a beach but it was privatised and we had to pay visit the beach which defied the whole purpose of getting a seafront room. Would not recommend.

Pros:

Location. Amazing views, but more importantly, amazing owners. Amazing breakfast. Try eating dinner: Greek Salad and must have Fish made by Mr. Odiseu and Ms. Sotirika. Will definitively go again.


I recommend the beach below, small private beach. Amazing.

Cons:

Toilettes needs refurbishment. With a small investment, this can be an amazing hotel, because toilets smell due to being old. Would change the sofa bed as well.

Vriendelijke eigenaars, doch beetje teleurgesteld

Hotel op de rand van de grote sh8 weg.
Mooi uitzicht over de zee.
We werden begroet door een zeer vriendelijke eigenares die met translate zich op voorhand excuseerde voor de kamer en ons een glas wijn ter compensatie aanbood.

Cons:

De kamer die we kregen kwam niet overheen met foto’s op booking. Helaas was het niet erg proper en was er een schimmel probleem.
De voorzieningen zijn verouderd. Dit hotel was het duurste van heel onze reis, maar voldeed het minst aan onze verwachtingen.

La vue sur la mer est imprenable, notamment depuis la terrasse de la chambre, le restaurant est chouette, un accès à la crique en dessous est pratique mais comme beaucoup ils sont accaparé notamment ici par l'hôtel d'a côté qui font payer l'accès, mais super pour une plage tranquille même en pleine saison

Cons:

La douche est en dessous de tout, vieille, une porte manquante, debit et température hasardeuse et l'évacuation était défaillante.
Le lit était juste correct.
Le parking se fait long de la route (très passante et dangereuse)
Les rideaux n'étaientt pas du tout occultants
Le personnel bien que très gentil et serviable ne maîtrise pas du tout l'anglais et semble uniquement parler grec.
Bien pour 2 nuits peut être pas pour une semaine

It was very far away from the beach. No parking. Too expensive for the quality of the room. AC didn’t work correctly. TV didn’t work. WIFI very low speed. It definitely wasn’t beach front. The room was too expensive as to what it looked like in the pictures.
