A mia avviso è un hotel 3 stelle non 4
Pros:

Il cuore di questo hotel è il giardino Centrale. Una piscina bellissima immersa nel verde. Questo era perfetto! Ma questo hotel a mio avviso non merita le 4 stelle ma 3.
Il personale è amorevole e gentilissimo.
La colazione scarsissima.

Cons:

Colazione scarsissima. Le stanze sono chiuse. Non essendo presente una finestra nel bagno tutta l'umidità arriva in stanza.
Stanza lunga e stretta. Non è nemmeno possibile aprire altre finestre. Non ci sono. Si può aprire la porta di entrata ma difficile perché da subito sul giardino dove ci sono persone.

Oase van rust in Valencia
Pros:

Zodra je het hotel binnen stapt sta je in een oase van rust, heerlijk na een dag in de stad! De kamer met toegang tot de tuin was erg ruim en erg schoon en wij hebben genoten van het mooie zwembad.
Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam met alles.

Cons:

Wat meer broodsoorten bij het ontbijt zou fijn zijn geweest, beleg, fruit en cakejes waren en voldoende! Het schoonmaken van de tafels zou ook wat vlotter kunnen

Pros:

Un personnel très très pro et sympa !!! On vous fait sentir à la maison
Les espaces extérieures sont très beaux
Un welcome drink à même était proposé
Très très bien situé

Cons:

Chambre un peu sombre, salle de bain classique mais qui gagnerait en confort avec un peu de réaménagement
Le tarif (pour ma période) est un peu élevé versus la prestation

Lo que más me gusto fue la zona de la piscina.
Por poner un pero...las almohadas son incómodas y la habitación no tenía ventilación por ningún sitio. Eso si tenia aire acondicionado.

un hotel encantador, pero hay que subsanar algun problema

el trato del personal excelente, el hotel en si también muy bien la zona de jardín con la piscina le da un encanto al hotel muy personal

Cons:

algunos puntos , la TV de la habitacion era muy buena pero no se podia ver los canales normales, a no ser que estuvieras abonado a empresas de TV Neflix ertc .
el servicio de cafeteria, bastante deficiente, es mas un lugar para tomar copas y etc , pero si deseas cenar etc nada

Sehr freundliches Personal und auch die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern. Gute Anbindung zur Metro

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr einfallslos, am dritten Tag gab es fast kein Brot und Toastbrot mehr!!!Der Kaffeeautomat konnte auch leider keinen guten Kaffee "zaubern".
