Definitely won’t stay again at that price!

Pro: super friendly staff, nicely decorated room (although the shower cubicle is literally in the room), swimming pool area pleasant

Cons:

breakfast was shocking (see photos, is that ham or paper??), no butter (“we’ll have some tomorrow!” Shame we are leaving today), rotten bananas chopped up to get the old ones eaten, no thank you, coffee was tasteless.
Forgot to add, all the tables at breakfast were left dirty , we had to go by the pool for breakfast!

Very welcoming staff and beautiful patio
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with very nice staff. Felt like luxury. The neighborhood is not quite posh, but it's very well connected to the center and the beach. Definitely would come back.

Lo staff è stato gentilissimo! Attento in tutto, sempre disponibile e pronto su qualsiasi dubbio o domanda! L’hotel è bello e molto curato.

Cons:

Le pareti andrebbero ristrutturate e le stanze pitturate secondo me.

A great stay in a well maintained hotel with a good location.
Pros:

The way it’s closed to the metro! The staff is extra nice, at the reception, breakfast… the room is very clean and the garden makes you feel relaxed.

Cons:

It feels like construction might have been rushed sometimes. Paint on the wall or in the shower. You could have more pillow options.

Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Wir haben uns im Saman Hotel Boutique sehr wohl gefühlt. Das gesamte Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend - bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen und konnten gleich einchecken. Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen sehr leicht mit der Metro zu erreichen - generell ist die Lage wirklich toll da die Metro-Station ca. 300 Meter entfernt ist und man den Hafen bzw. Strand nach einem kurzen Spaziergang auch zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Umgebung ist auch sehr ruhig, da das Hotel in einer Seitengasse liegt. Das Gebäude samt Innenhof ist wunderschön renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls geräumig und sauber. Unser Bad hatte genügend Stauraum und eine tolle Regendusche. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar überschaubar aber ausgesprochen gut und abwechslungsreich - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Cons:

Unser einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Bett bzw. die Polster. Obwohl das Hotel recht neu ist, wirkte die Matratze weich und durchgelegen. Wir mussten nach der ersten Nacht die Polster tauschen, da diese wirklich sehr unbequem waren. Dies haben wir aber bei der Rezeption gemeldet und wurde sofort erledigt.

Loistava sijainti lähellä metroa. Kaunis sisustus ja allas-alue. Hyvä aamupala.

Cons:

Ravintolasta ei saanut listalla olevia drinkkejä, koska juomat olivat loppuneet. WC-paperia ei täydennetty, vaan sitä piti olla koko ajan pyytämässä lisää. Aamupalalla saisi olla enemmän juustoja (oli pelkkää mozzarellaa).
