I’ll definitely stay again as the positives far outweigh the negatives
Pros:

Friendliness of staff cleanliness of property and spaciousness of the room- great value

Cons:

Shower far too small, difficult to get in even for the average person - for the size of the room having a double bed was rather small there was plenty of room for a king-size which would’ve made the stay more comfortable also it would’ve been nice to see some decor in the room as the walls were quite bigger which made it feel cold and clinical

Great value and location with a lovely breakfast.
Pros:

Great location, excellent value, clean, friendly staff, lovely breakfast. Everything we needed in the room. 24 hour Parking facilities.

Pros:

In the main... the staff. All if them, Jay, Vicky, Luca, Kev and the other lovely lady were amazing. That's why u return there. The rooms are great and the bar is well stocked.

Lovely stay, would come again.
Pros:

Basic comfortable accommodation. The staff were lovely, and the breakfast was excellent. Bed very comfy, and the heating was on. Runners note, a great location for a mile jog up to Stanley Park to do the Blackpool Park Run !

Cons:

Just one small thing to point out, the shower was a bit low on power and varied hot and cold. Also, as another guest pointed out, it could do with a shelf or soap dish .
