Honest Review of My Stay

I recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. While the location is excellent and the size of the property is impressive, it is being seriously neglected due to poor management.

Here are the key issues I faced during my stay:

Poor hygiene: The bedsheet was not clean upon arrival, and there was no dustbin in the room, which made it hard to maintain any cleanliness.

Very limited toiletries: Only one small soap and a single towel were provided. No toothpaste, toothbrush, or comb were available.

No free drinking water: Water wasn’t provided initially. When I requested it, I received a bottle filled with dirty, yellowish water with a bad smell — completely unacceptable.

No in-house kitchen or food service: There’s no food facility available within the property, which is a big drawback, especially for travelers who expect at least some basic food options.

Strange policies: Guests are not allowed to enter the property after 11 PM, as the gates are locked. This kind of curfew is not suitable for paying guests and feels more like a hostel than a hotel.

Mosquito control was a joke: They only provided one mosquito-repellent agarbatti, which obviously didn’t work.

Lack of professional staff: The property is currently being handled by two elderly men who are often seen drinking at night. There is no professional or educated staff to handle guests or manage the place properly.

It’s a real shame because the property itself has a lot of potential. If the owners invested in hiring a qualified and responsible person to manage it, they could turn it into a successful and well-reviewed stay option. As it stands now, it feels neglected and mismanaged.

Would not recommend until serious improvements are made.

Quite , but was scared as only a single old staff does everything and almost no guest were there.
Pros:

Clean, 24 hours hot water available.

Cons:

Single staff
No arrangement of food/dining,
Almost no customer
Need to request for every small things like drinking water, soap, shampoo, bed sheet, towel etc.
Location is far away from the beach.

Well, located near to Asud, Vhyagreshwar Temple. Also, near to beaches.
Working staff was good and polite.

Cons:

No provision for breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, Not even Tea.
TV was not working.
Clothing bar was missing in the bathroom
