Ein katastrophaler Aufenthalt – das gebuchte Deluxe-Zimmer existierte gar nicht, der Geruch war unerträglich und das Hot
Pros:

Leider überhaupt nichts. Die Unterkunft hat in keiner Weise das gehalten, was über Booking.com beschrieben und auf den Fotos dargestellt wurde.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte mit dem gebuchten Deluxe-Zimmer nichts zu tun – es war winzig, höchstens 10 m² groß, roch stark nach Abfluss und befand sich in einem unzumutbaren Zustand.
Das Fenster führte direkt in den Restaurantbereich, wodurch ständig Essensgerüche, Lärm und Gespräche in das Zimmer drangen. Aus einem Kaminabschnitt kamen Fliegen und seltsame Geräusche, und das Badezimmer war nur durch eine dünne, oben offene Schiebetür vom Schlafbereich getrennt – keinerlei Privatsphäre.
Der Gestank war so stark, dass ich mich tagsüber nicht im Zimmer aufhalten konnte. Ich habe das Hotelpersonal darauf hingewiesen, doch anstatt eine Lösung zu finden, wurde lediglich Raumspray versprüht. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt eine große Enttäuschung und hatte nichts mit dem gebuchten Deluxe-Zimmer gemeinsam.

We booked for 3 nights they gave us literally the worst room where toilet was separated with the bed only with a small folding screen. 2 days no hot water in shower, we had to call reception twice to fix.

Staff was not attentive enough. Will not return to the hotel.

It was lovely, quiet, and close the the Bodrum marina. The staff was very helpful.
Pros:

It was fantastic and spacious after getting off a week long gullet trip. The shower was hot.

Cons:

When I checked in they forgot to mention that breakfast was included so I bought something at the airport.

Cons:

communication wasn't very clear with the staff. Particularly regarding meals. the restaurant is managed separately, even though it is part of the same building and you get to it directly. So breakfast has to be reserved one day in advance and paid up front. This is fine, as long as you are aware of it, and don't find yourself at night not being able to reserve. Breakfast was excellent by the way. For dinner, we could not understand if we could eat there, so we ended up going elsewhere
