Parking at this hotel is for 25 € per night available. Underground parking has an entrance height of 1,90 m and offers no e-charging stations. Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance. If there are no parking spaces available when you arrive, please contact our colleagues at reception.
Arriving by train: Take the U5, U6, U7 or U15 and get off at the 'Stadbibliothek' stop. From here our hotel is only a 2-minute walk. Arriving from the airport: Take the S2 or S3 to Stuttgart main station. Then proceed to follow our instructions under arrival by train.

I would not recommend this hotel due to the staff and the inconvenience caused.
Pros:

The breakfast was good.
The location is very central.

Cons:

The key cards for the room and elevator kept malfunctioning, almost like they were single-use.

I couldn’t access my room several times and had to keep going back to reception.
When the card was reissued, the elevator sometimes didn’t work instead.

Some of the reception staff were unhelpful; only Vasilie assisted us. Honestly, if we hadn’t come across him, we might not have been able to access our room at all.

There were no sheets on the extra beds in the room.

When I asked for extra sheets, the receptionist didn’t seem to understand what a bedsheet was.

There was no minibar in the room.

Pros:

Konumu gayet iyi, şehrin tarihi merkezine yürüyerek kolayca ulaşabilirsiniz. Bulunduğu yer büyük bir alışveriş merkezi dolayısıyla bütün olanaklara sahip mağaza , yemek vb. Personel ilgili ve guleryuzlu. Check-in saati 15 , valizinizi bırakıp gezmeye başlayabilirsiniz.

Összességében elégedetten távoztunk.
Pros:

Az elhelyezkedés és a reggeli szuper volt.
Minden megtalálható a közelben.

Cons:

Bejelentkezés után a kártyánk nem működött, (valószínűleg nem jól programozták fel) és amikor visszamentem jelezni a recepción, akkor ~10 percig várakoztattak, mert másokkal foglalkoztak épp, pedig többen is voltak “szabadon” (Hozzáteszem, hogy egy 5 éves gyerekkel voltam egy igen kimerítő nap után)

2 személyre foglaltam a szállást, azonban 1 szett törölköző volt csak bekészítve, amit jelzés után persze korrigáltak.

Alles perfekt außer die Grundhaltung, dass die Kunden nicht im Zentrum stehen

Cons:

Personal-die Grundhaltung ist nicht kundenorientiert. Bei Schichtübergabe sind 6 Angestellte hinter der Rezeption und Kunden müssen warten. 0 Servicegedanke….wie kann ein Management so etwas zulassen??? Kunden müssen warten und warten und warten…

Perfekt für 1 Nacht
Pros:

Modernes Hotel im Europaviertel, schönes und zweckmäßiges Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffett. 10 min zu Fuss bis zum Bahnhof, einige Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sowie ein Shoppingcenter direkt gegenüber.

Es gibt nichts zu meckern!
