Pros:

the view.. glad tht staff really helpful

Cons:

The bathtub was unfortunately not in good condition. When I stepped in, it made loud cracking noises as if it might break, which felt quite unsafe even though I weigh only 43kg. I hope the hotel can check and improve this for future guests

and i didn’t expect to have no air conditioner..
also i cant use the plug

Great stay, had everything we needed, would recommend
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, great location on east side of city, very quiet area, close to a lot of cafes for coffee/breakfast. Outdoor staircase at back of building has stunning sunset views and also of the valley behind

Budget stay that needs a little work
Pros:

- Location was convenient for our needs (but not much going on in the immediate vicinity)
- Staff were friendly and accommodated requests for extra hangars, pillows and towels very quickly
- Good shower pressure and temperature
- Comfortable enough for a short weekend getaway

Cons:

- The room had some nice touches, but the shower was almost falling off the wall, the ceiling fan didn't work and the mattress wasn't very forgiving
- The view from our room on the second (and top) floor was a little green, but mostly dominated by other buildings and the MerlePerle hotel opposite
- Windows weren't soundproof and let in a lot of street noise; blinds weren't black-out and let in a lot of light
- Confusing array of light switches to figure out
