Friendly and very hospitality. I will return to this hotel again when I’m in town for sure.
Pros:

Room was fine. Breakfast was great love that it was biologic breakfast, specially, the lady that service the breakfast was very kind and polite very good hospitality.

Cons:

I did not like the pillows and just on the last day I realize I could ask for a different pillow. I didn’t know that.
The Wi-Fi was not great.

Wonderful location for skiing, hiking and enjoying Mittenwald. The staff goes above and beyond.
Pros:

Breakfast was quite good and diverse, the spa area was lovely and the staff was amazing from reception to wait staff, bartenders, cleaning staff top nothc.

Cons:

Rooms are a little outdated but spacious with every amenity.

Gute zentrale Lage in Mittenwald. Zimmer waren groß, mit Sitzgelegenheit und Balkon.
Kühlschrank mit Getränken inklusive :-).

Cons:

Parkplatz war einmal voll. Unweit bestehen aber noch Möglichkeiten zum Parken.

Ein-Tages-Übernachtung als Reisezwischenstopp mit tollem Wellnessprogramm
Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel mit moderner Einrichtung in den Zimmern, sehr modernem, umfangreichem Wellnessbereich. Auch das Restaurant ist abends sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und parken ist inklusive. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Mittenwald.

Pros:

The location, only a five minute walk from the station is great. The bedroom was spacious and immaculately clean.
The staff were just superb - every one of them were incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived.
The pool and spa were so good and just what you need after a long day walking in the mountains.

Cons:

The only thing missing was a kettle in the bedroom - an easy fix I would think!

Es war ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.
Pros:

Die sehr zentrale Lage, nur ca. 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das die Getränke in dem Zimmern schon im Preis mit inkludiert waren und das einen Aufzug gab.

Cons:

Ein bisschen die Außenwirkung bezüglich des Parkplatzes, das sah alles sehr kahl aus.
