Cons:

Golvet hade ej moppats, fullt med fläckar och smuts på golvet i hela lägenheten. Det var även en ganska frän lukt av mögel i hela lägenheten som sedan satte sig i kläder och all packning. Rätt så säker på att det var mögel i badrummet. Dessutom väldigt jobbigt att det inte fanns någon personal på plats och att det krävdes nedladdningar av appar för att komma in i rummen. Tänk om mobilen haft slut på ström eller om vi inte haft surf? Hur skulle vi då ta oss in?

Comfortable/clean room - good for short stay!
Pros:

Comfortable clean apartment.

Cons:

Self checkin required via downloading an App. A little confusing when first arriving at the property. The room could do with an electric fan to help with cooling in summer when hot.

Two days in Opfikon
Pros:

Nice modern apartment, bedroom, living room with kitchen and bathroom accessible with elevator. Shops and bycicle rental nearby.
Quiet area and the apartment has lots of light. I would go there again

Cons:

The check in is fully digital and there is nobody around to help if you have issues. I needed help the first day at around 22:00 but nobody picked up the phone.
Friday night there was a loud party in a park in the neighborhood

Wenn nur das Einchecken nicht wäre
Pros:

Ich war zum 3. Mal im Amanthos Living. Die Apartments sind gross, die Betten bequem, die Ausstattung top. Ausser dass dieses Mal der TV nicht funktionierte. Die polnischen Zimmermädchen taten ihr Bestes, das ganze in Ordnung zu bringen – doch ohne Erfolg…

Cons:

Das Check-in. Drittes Einchecken - drittes Desaster. Obwohl auf Booking.com steht, dass man den Code 3 Stunden vor dem Einchecken per Mail bekommt, waren 4 (!) Telefonate nötig, um den Code und die Zimmer-Nummer zu erhalten. Eine Dame war wegen meiner Hartnäckigkeit so genervt, dass sie das Telefonat abrupt beendete.

Muy buen alojamiento para estar en Zurich
Pros:

Muy buena ubicacion cerca del aeropuerto, pero bien conectado a los sitios de interes, zona tranquila y segura. La atencion on line del alojamiento fue excelente, rápida, precisa y con predisposicion a ayudar. Sin dudas volvería a alojarme!!

Estubo todo a mi expectativa y mas,
Lo único afuera hay como un estar de espera, que la verdad la gente que lo utiliza lo deja muy sucio, sin consideración, por el resto dentro, excelente.

Pros:

The flat was big and the sleeping room is separated from the kitchen. The bed was comfy. Minimally equipped.

Cons:

We could not start the microwave/oven. The air condition is centrally regulated and was not really cooling. The customer service via Booking.com chat is quite slow.

Pros:

Das Appartement ist nahe am Flughafen gelegen und an sich gut ausgestattet. In der kälteren Jahreszeit durchaus zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Es war leider unerträglich heiß. Die in der Beschreibung mehrfach erwähnte Klimaanlage ist lediglich ein Lüftungsgitter, das zentral gesteuert wird. Es ist nicht möglich, die Temperatur individuell zu regeln. Eine Kühlung gab es nicht, es hatte in den Räumen um die 30 Grad, weshalb an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Man kann die Fenster öffnen, jedoch befindet sich die Unterkunft direkt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, daher ab 6 Uhr früh Fluglärm.
Nervig ist zudem, dass man sich extra eine App runterladen muss, um die Türen zu öffnen. Es gibt keinerlei Rezeption, daher ist bei akuten Problemen keinerlei Hilfe möglich. Sauber war es auch nicht.

Lage, Unkompliziertheit beim Ein- und Auschecken, Hilfe der Reinigungsfachfrau bei Problem mit AC

Cons:

Im Inserat steht, dass das Zimmer AC hat. Es war eine automatische Lüftung (anhand der Lüftungsschlitze) aber diese haben absolut nicht funktioniert. Es war enorm heiss und stickig. Auf Nachfrage wurde gesagt, dass die Lüftung cirka 5°C kühler eingestellt ist als die Aussentemperatur. Bei 35° hilft das herzlich wenig..
