Pros:

Location was what we needed, price was good for Zürich. Apartment was big and the bed was comfortable. Quick response to emails.

Cons:

Self check in (and later opening doors) possible only from one device which is very inconvenient. The apartment was not very clean, which makes it less comfortable. Loud noise from airplanes, but this was to be expected so close to the airport.

Tutto perfetto, lo staff cordiale e disponibile, la struttura pulita è dispone di tutto il necessario: fon, frigorifero machina del caffè, pentole, padella, scolapasta, piatti. Facile da raggiungere. Ottimo qualità prezzo.

Sauber und zweckmässig ausgestattet. Es gibt Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Man muss Flugzeuge schon sehr mögen, um durch den Lärm der landenden und startenden Maschinen nicht gestört zu werden. Im Zimmer war es leider sehr warm, da die Jalousien offenbar nicht genutzt wurden, um die Sonnenstrahlen außerhalb des Zimmers zu halten.

Wake up call early morning
Pros:

Actually the deal with CHF 60 off was about all ... Sorry

Cons:

It was dirty - shower head was even stuck and blocked, drainage was clocked, the toiletry was a small bag of douche soap - hardly enough for the face, the balcony overgrown and very untidy.
There was not even a bottle of water with 30° outside, no air-conditioning and no place close to get refreshments ...
... and be aware - wake up time is 6 o'clock in the morning by 8 planes within 20 min almost crashing the roof by passing over your head, shaking the whole place.
The whole building seems to be an old normal living house refunctioned into Hotel rooms.
I cannot imagine how or why this place has got the standard of 'very good with 8.3 ratings' ☹️
Especially as it's announced to be good for business travels - this is far off!

Einfaches Check-in. Ein durchdachtes und fürsorgliches Geschäft. Saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Definitiv ein Ort, an dem ich wieder bleiben würde.
