Pros:

The staff were very kind and made an effort to speak English with me. The bathroom was quite good as well.

Cons:

This is an accommodation I would recommend staying at for a maximum of 2–3 days. I stayed for 4 days and didn’t feel very comfortable. There weren’t enough power outlets for charging my phone, and I didn’t find the place very clean.

My room was only cleaned after I asked about it, and I feel this should be communicated in advance, letting guests know that cleaning is available upon request.

The hallway lights were motion-activated, and for some reason they would turn on occasionally during the night, which woke me up.

The location wasn’t too bad—it’s about a 7-minute walk from the train station and there are quite a few shops around. It also feels like an area where people are always passing by at night. There are many restaurants downstairs and it’s always lively (and I have to admit, the food was very good).

I wouldn’t go with family, and as I mentioned, it’s best for a short stay of 2–3 days max. 6/10.

Good and comfortable
Pros:

The room is really nice and spacious. Great bathroom and vanity, huge TV. I also liked the variety of cafes nearby for morning coffee. The staff is very accommodating and kind.

Cons:

Smelled like cigarettes in the hallway and room’s entrance. Sheets were a tiny bit scratchy

HUGE jacuzzi, beautiful hotel, far from attractions,
Pros:

The jacuzzi tub was huge, even bigger than tubs in the US.
The hotel was gorgeous, I loved the marble floors and wall
The tv was huge. The AC and heater worked great.

Cons:

There were plenty if stores and restaurants around but this hotel is a hefty walk from the train station. It's a little far from the main attractions and clubs in Seoul. The staff were very introverted.

Ok but cold in autumn.
Pros:

Staff was very polite.

Cons:

I was in October and it was pretty cold. There was no way to heat up the room. Also shower was before toilet and made everything wet which is very inconvenient. Aside from this the place is ok.
