Absolut perfekter Aufenthalt.
Das Personal war zuvorkommend, freundlich und hatte für jeden Wunsch ein offenes Ohr.
Ohne anfrage empfahlen sie gleich Sightseeing punkte und Zeiten wann man da sein können und solle.
Das Abend-Menü war lecker und preis Leistung war sehr ok.
Frühstück war reichhaltig und der Frühstücksraum auf dem Dach ein Besuch wert.

Das Hotel befindet sich sehr nah am Zentrum und ist hervorragend für eine ruhige Nacht im lebendigen Zentrum.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder da nächtigen!

Todo muy limpio y nuevo

This Riad is in a great location in the medina. It is in a no-car part of town but if you have your driver go to the square near the ethographic museum where taxis stop (see map image map-to-taxi here) you can roll your suitcases down to the Riad. You can also arrange to have them meet you where you are dropped off and they will have staff carry your bags for you to the Riad. The staff at the riad are wonderful. They will greet you with tea and cookies (biscuits for english friends). T he location is close to the main square in the old town. Note there are only two places to get alcohol, and one (Bar Oum Rabie)is a good walking distance (but doable see map-to-bar-rabie.jpg) from the Riad and not open every day. Restaurant Triana is a short walk (take the route via where the taxis are (see map-to-taxi.jpg) on the map as it is easier than taking the steep stairway near Vanci Hotel down - see other map showing walk path from Vancii hotel.). Very nice breakfast each day and the Riad is beautiful. Great location.

- Standard riad, but very well located
- Helpful and friendly staff
- Comfortable bed
- Ok shower
- Could do with removing the old tv and associated box/support (see picture) which was just at head height in narrow space on way to bathroom
- Breakfast - plenty of food, would benefit from some healthy options like fruit

We had a wonderful experience at Riad Tassili Chaouen, largely thanks to the incredible staff who treated us like family! The location is superb, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. While the room was a little noisy and lacked a working TV and hairdryer, the "parking" is street parking with overnight supervision, which was a bit different. Despite these minor drawbacks, the warmth of the staff and the excellent location make it a highly recommended choice.
